An electrical plug device is configured for the connection of a magnet coil and/or of a sensor element to a contact partner of a counterpiece cooperating with the electrical plug device. The electrical plug device has at least one first portion, which comprises the magnet coil and/or the sensor element and at least one electrical contact element. The magnet coil and/or the sensor element and the at least one electrical contact element of the first portion are non-detachably interconnected. The electrical plug device also has a second portion, which is produced separately from the first portion and is type-specific in relation to the counterpiece. The second portion is joined to the first portion and surrounds the electrical contact element, at least in part.

Electrical plug device for connection of a magnet coil and/or of a sensor element

An injection-molded part according to the invention has at least one thermoplastic inlay part and one thermoplastic composite element injection-molded onto the inlay part. The at least one inlay part on its boundary face with the composite element has at least one raised feature for material-locking sealing between the inlay part and the composite element. The raised feature protrudes with a height Hinto the composite element and forms a narrowed cross section in the composite element having a height H. The at least one raised feature, on its flux leading end, has a first chamfer, and the ratio of the height of the narrowed cross section to the height of the raised feature is in the range between 0.6 and 0.9.

Multi-component injection-molded part with material-locking sealing

The present invention relates to a two-stage valve for controlling fluids, in particular a hydraulic fluid. The valve includes an actuating element, a pilot stage having a first valve seat and a first closing body, which is connected to the actuating element, and a main stage having a second valve seat and a second closing body. The second closing body is provided with a fastening region and a main region having a passage opening. The first valve seat is arranged at the passage opening. The second closing body is connected to the actuating element via the fastening region. The fastening region is designed elastically in such a way as to open the pilot stage by elastically deforming during actuation of the actuating element.
