A fixing device for fixing a longitudinally extended element, having a fixing sleeve that surrounds a lumen extended in an axial direction for receiving the longitudinally extended element, the fixing sleeve having an inner side defining the lumen and an outer side facing away from the inner side, the fixing sleeve being embodied for fixing the fixing sleeve on the longitudinally extended element to be subjected to compression in the radial direction of the fixing sleeve by means of the at least one fixing element. The fixing device has an indicator device that is embodied to visually indicate when a force applied to the fixing sleeve by means of the at least one fixing element for compressing the fixing sleeve attains or exceeds a threshold.

Implantable lead having an electrode body with a free end and an inner part axially movable or rotatably movable with respect to it and an end on which means of fixation are extendable out of the free end by axially displacing the inner part, the inner periphery of the electrode body having an elastically deformable, peripheral, ring or ring segment-shaped, sealing/resistance element fixed to it. An implantable medical device including at least one elongate electrical line with a first electrical component as a functional conductor, and at least one second electrical component with an electrical length. The first electrical component includes a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the distal side is in electrical contact with tissue or blood. Implantable device

An implantable electrical line including a lead, wherein the lead includes at least one helically wound electrical conductor. The at least one helically wound electrical conductor is surrounded by a fiber braid, which is formed by at least two fibers or fiber bundles, and wherein the at least two fibers or fiber bundles are interwoven and wound around the electrical conductor in opposite winding directions.

An implantable device for the reversible accommodation of an electrode lead portion of at least one electrode lead, including a first outer surface and a second outer surface which extends parallel to the first outer surface at a distance therefrom, the first outer surface having at least one guide which can be used to guide and accommodate the portion of the electrode lead. According to a second aspect, the electromedical implant includes the above-described device and an electronic circuit with a power supply, a multipiece housing which hermetically seals the circuit and the power supply, and a connector housing which is fastened to the multipiece, hermetically sealed housing and has connectors for at least one electrode lead, the connectors being electrically connected to the electronic circuit. The electromedical implant is characterized in that the second outer surface of the device is integrated into and forms a part of the housing.

Temporarily or permanently implantable medical device, having at least one longitudinally extended first electrical conductor having a functional lead, which is connected to a functional electrode pole for dispensing therapeutic signals or for detecting diagnostic signals, and including at least one second electrical conductor, which is coupled to the functional lead and is guided with it in a shared insulating sheathing, such that a coupling between the functional lead and the second electrical conductor is designed to input electromagnetic radiofrequency waves guided in the functional lead at least partially into the second electrical conductor.

An insulating tube for an electrode lead for medical use, particularly a cardiac pacemaker electrode lead, defibrillator electrode lead, electrode lead for nerve stimulation or the like, including a base material made of at least one material of the group consisting of silicones, polyurethanes, polyimide, PTFE, ETFE, and copolymers made of silicones and polyurethanes. In order to improve the functionality of such an insulating tube during friction of the tube with friction partners, at least in one volume region, which preferably forms the lateral surface of the insulating tube, the tube, in addition to the base material, includes a fibrous and/or particulate filler material having a higher abrasion resistance than the respective base material. A corresponding electrode lead is also provided, and a simple and cost-effective method for producing such an insulating tube and such an electrode lead.
