A plug connector for solder-mounting on a circuit board, comprising an insulating body and at least one oblong electrical plug contact held therein in a receptacle chamber, that extends between a foot part associated with a circuit board and a head part of the insulating body that faces the foot part at a distance. The at least one plug contact comprises at a front end that is close to the head part an accessible electrically contactable plug section, a central section adjacent to the plug section, and, adjacent to the central section, an exposed soldering section at a rear end that is close to the foot part. According to the invention, the central section comprises a rigid cylindrical holding zone adjacent to the plug section as well as a cylindrical flexible deformation zone extending between the holding zone and the soldering section, so that the plug section of the at least one plug connector can be shifted laterally in relation to the soldering section in case of a deformation of the deformation zone. Preferably, the deformation zone is made hollow and comprises a number of passages that permit a lateral deformation.

Electrical plug connector for solder-mounting on a circuit board with tolerance compensation

An electrical plug connector with an insulating body that holds at least one metallic plug part that comprises at least one solder connection element that can be soldered to a circuit board, and at least one plug connection element for a matching plug part, both of which are connected with each other via a central piece of the plug connection element. The solder connection element may be connected via a tolerance compensation part with the central piece of the plug part, or directly with the plug connection element, in such a way that, relative to the position of the solder connection element&#x2014;with the solder connection element soldered to the circuit board&#x2014;the position of the plug connection element can be changed in any direction, parallel to the plane of the circuit board. In addition, the invention relates to a plug connector assembly.

Electrical plug connector having a metallic plug part with a deformable tolerance compensation part

An electrical plug connector based on the push-pull system, with a plug component and a matching plug component that can be connected to the plug component, both of which each include one or several associated electrical contacts held by a contact carrier, and with a locking mechanism that is provided on the plug component and includes at least one movable locking element with a latch surface that is associated, on the matching plug component, with a fixed locking element with a matching surface for the latch surface. The plug component includes a plug component housing with an axially displaceable sliding sleeve with an actuation element for the locking element formed on the inside wall, wherein, when the plug component is connected to the matching plug component, a&#x2014;in the plug-in direction&#x2014;frontal section of the circumferential wall area of the plug component housing overlaps the matching plug component on the outside in a plug-in area. The locking element projects radially beyond an inner surface of the circumferential wall area, and the locking of the locking element with the matching locking element is achieved by moving the locking element transversely to the plug-in direction of the plug connector along the circumferential wall area.

Electrical push-pull plug connector

The invention concerns a motor connector for supplying voltage to a polyphase motor, with a connector housing that contains a number of electrically conductive pass-through elements whose number matches the number of electrical supply lines to be connected. By means of said pass-through elements, the supply lines can be connected electrically to contacts of a connecting plug mounted on the outside of a motor hosing of the polyphase motor, said contacts being connected to the winding conductors of the motor. The operating mode of the motor in delta or star connection can be selected by internal bridge configuration of the pass-through elements. For this purpose, the connector housing has a coding section that is separated from the connection section for the supply lines, with the coding section preferably designed as an enclosed coding chamber so that the connection section forms a connection chamber that is separated from the coding chamber. The bridge configuration is designed as an internal plug connection and is performed by means of a coding plug.

Codable motor connector

An electrical plug connector part with a locking nut that is rotatable relative to the plug body and can be screwed onto an associated matching plug part and that is secured against unintentional rotation relative to the plug body by matched latch elements, wherein first latch elements are rigid and are molded onto the locking nut, and corresponding second latch elements are mounted rotation-proof and with spring action on the plug body. The locking nut and the plug body of the plug connector part have an equal number N of first and second latch elements that are spaced from each other and are arranged in sequence in circumferential direction, with the first latch elements being located on an inner circumference of the locking nut, and the second latch elements being located on an outer circumference of the plug body. The spacing of the first latch elements is different than that of second latch elements. The N first and second latch elements do not follow each other directly, with the first latch elements specifically not forming a locking ring gear.

Electrical plug connector part

A multipole connector for connecting a multipole-conductor cable comprising a cable receptacle and a connection piece, with the stranded conductors for axial contact of the free ends with assigned contact spikes of the connection piece being guided by axially parallel channels in the cable receptacle and being retained in the channels by clamping force by means of a coupling ring. The cable receptacle comprises a stranded-conductor mount for immovably fastening the stranded conductors and joining it, a terminal mounting, facing the connection piece. The stranded-conductor mount comprises a stationary fastening plate facing the terminal mounting, and a clamping plate movable in axial direction which when moving in the direction of the fastening plate, evenly and immovably clamps every stranded conductor against pulling movements. At least over the penetration length of the contact spikes into the channels, the terminal mounting is elastic in radial direction, in order to generate, by squeezing, even radial pressure at the circumference, for reliable contact, when the contact spikes are inserted, in all channels with matched channel diameter. This configuration makes it possible to construct a very short multipole connector where the number of stranded-conductor channels, and whether or not they are occupied, does not affect the clamping action. At the same time, clamping takes place in close proximity to the contact zone to prevent upsetting the stranded conductors in the channels. In addition, this configuration prevents flowing of the stranded-conductor insulation during insertion of the contact spikes through flexible channel walls on the one hand, and on the other hand permanent and even contact pressure on the compressed stranded conductors.

Multipole connector

A plug connector may include an electrically insulated contact holder and a plug contact or contact element located in a contact chamber of the contact holder. The plug connector may be configured as a multi-pole plug connector exhibiting a plurality of contact chambers and contact elements. A plug contact or contact element may have an outwardly curving annular bead and may be configured as a bearing support with an annular groove in the contact chamber. The annular groove may be configured to complement the contour of the annular bead. The annular groove may be located in the terminal area on the connection side of a contact chamber. Alternatively, the annular groove may be located in the contact element and the annular bead may be disposed in the contact chamber. The plug connector may be manufactured without a water tight connection, if desired. A plug connector according to the invention is extremely cost effective in both the manufactured and configuration and has the advantages of a floating contact layout relative to the position tolerances of the contact elements and the manufacturing tolerances of the contact elements. The plug connector may be produced as a water tight plug connector without resorting to additional measures.

Plug connector

An electrical appliance switch has a switchable contact assembly and a switch controller. An actuator is in contact with the switch controller and has detent toothing on at least a portion thereof. A longitudinal adjustment cam has at least one notch for frictionally engaging the detent toothing. The adjustment cam has an oblong tubular configuration for surrounding a portion of the actuator and has a closed bottom end. The adjustment cam contacts the switchable contact assembly. Adjustment of the adjustment cam substantially sets a lead path of the actuator. The actuator cam has at least one cam face which has a slanting plane configuration for contacting the switchable contact assembly. Adjusting the actuation cam causes the cam face to change a transmission ratio of a longitudinal displacement path of the actuation cam to a cam spread displacement.
