A percussion boring device comprising a casing, a guide tube fixed to the casing, and a control bushing axially displaceable on the guide tube. An impact piston of the device is axially displaceable on the control bushing and configured to be actuated in a reciprocating manner within the casing such that in a first switching position the impact piston strikes a front impact surface to actuate the percussion boring device in a first movement direction, and in a second switching position a rear impact surface to actuate the percussion boring device in a second movement direction. A pressure increasing means is provided and configured to generate a pressure for reversing the percussion bore device, wherein the generated pressure is higher than a pressure for moving the impact piston. The guide tube and the control bushing are configured to reverse movement directions of the impact piston.

A percussion boring device with an impact piston is mounted within a housing and driven in a cyclic back and forth movement. In a first switch position, the impact piston strikes a front impact surface, in order to drive the percussion boring device in a first movement direction, and, in a second switch position, the impact piston strikes a rear impact surface, in order to drive the percussion boring device in a second movement direction. For the reversal of the movement directions, a guide tube fixed to the housing, and a control sleeve which can be axially shifted on the guide tube, are provided, and the impact piston can be axially shifted on the control sleeve. The control sleeve includes two sections which are connected to one another by a movable connection.

The apparatus according to the invention has blocking elements, which are disposed on at least one base body, but preferably four base bodies, which are in turn releasably mounted on the self-driven impact device. This method is characterized in that the base bodies together with the blocking elements and the self-driven impact device are salvaged by the new pipe.

Angle drilling device

In a drilling method for creating a channel leading from surrounding soil into a shaft which is separated from the soil by a wall, a channel is drilled through the soil from a starting pit in the direction of the shaft using a first drill head. The first drill head continues to drill in this direction in order to create a breach in the wall, and a second drill head is then used in the shaft to widen the breach in the wall by drilling in the opposite direction with the second drill head.

In a method for producing and widening ground bores or for the destructive replacement of buried lines with the aid of a tool arranged at the end of a rod driven by a boring device, the rod is built up from individual sections which are to be connected to one another in a machine excavation (staring excavation). In order to allow the use even of rod sections whose length is equal or almost equal to the diameter of the machine excavation, the boring device, prior to the introduction of a new rod section, is displaced, for example inclined, in such a manner that the rod section can be slid into the boring device, for example from outside the excavation, without interference from the rear end, projecting into the machine excavation, of a rod section which has already been introduced into the ground. As soon as the rod section has been slid in, the boring device together with the rod section is moved into a position in which it is aligned with the boring direction or the rod part which is already in the ground.

In a drilling device with a drive unit for rotation and advance the rod assembly has a plurality of pipe sections interconnected by means of plug-type connections torque proof in both directions. A tension rod protrudes through the interior of the rod assembling. The pipe sections are braced among each other with aid of the tension rod. The tension rod can be made of pipe sections or of a tension rope and allows the possibility, that the rope assembly can be moved in its integrity against the drilling direction.

A boring-rod magazine which can be moved into the drilling axis of a boring machine. The boring-rod magazine may contain a plurality of boring rods, and holds a boring rod to position it in the drilling axis, and then releases the boring rod when boring-rod magazine is removed. The boring-rod magazine may include a carousel closed by a cover with a transfer opening for the boring rods. The magazine may include compartments for the boring rods, and spring mechanisms for holding and releasing the rods. The magazine may be rotated by a drive and kept in position by a rotary stop.
