A filter device has a filter housing (), in which a replaceable filter element () is accommodated. The filter housing has a cover part (), wherein the element material () of the filter element () extends between two end caps () of the filter element. The filter housing () is formed as an outlet pipe (). The element material and the outlet pipe extend between both end caps ().

Filter device

A filter device has a filter housing (), in which a replaceable filter element () is accommodated, and has a filter head () for securing the filter housing () to a third component, such as a tank wall () of a storage tank. The filter housing () is mounted on the filter head () in an articulated manner by a bearing () providing more than one degree of freedom.

A filter device has a filter housing () with a housing pot (), which accommodates a replaceable filter element () and is closed by a removable lid part (). The element material () of the filter element () separates an unfiltrate chamber () from a filtrate chamber (). A measurement sensing device () senses pressure values from at least one of the chambers (), is disposed on a lid inner side () of the lid part (), is at least partially guided in the lid part, and projects into the filter housing (). At least parts of a measurement value evaluator () are connected to the measurement sensing device () and are disposed on the opposite lid outer side () facing the environment.

A filter device with a filter housing (), in which a replaceable filter element () is accommodated and which has a cover part (). Element material () is delimited at the end by at least one end cap (). This end cap () of the filter element () is placed on a fluid channel (). A device () for transverse force support for the filter element () is provided between this one end cap () and the fluid channel (). The device () for transverse force support supports the filter element () in relation to the fluid channel () engaging in the interior of the filter element () at least partially at the end.

A filter element () has an inner body () and an outer body (). One casing body () has a cross section deviating from circularity. Body contact surfaces () face one another for the contact of essentially all filter folds (a-f,-) of a pleated filter web (). The filter folds (a-f,-), in terms of fold height (h), are divided into individual groups (I, II) each having several filter folds (-) of a common fold height (h, h) alongside one another in sections. Between two adjacent filter folds (a-f,-) of different groups (I, II) filter folds are arranged (b-e;m) of at least one third group (III). The filter folds (b-e,m) of the third group (III), in the manner of step formation, have a common fold height (h) different from the respective fold height (h, h) of the filter folds (-) of the two adjacent neighboring groups (I, II), and/or, in the manner of curve formation, have different fold heights, establishing a transition between the fold heights (h, h) of the two adjacent groups (I, II).

Filter element

A filter device for fluids, in particular in the form of a tank-installation return filter, includes a filter element () accommodated in a housing () having a fluid inlet () for supplying unfiltered fluid to an inner cavity () of the filter element (). The inner cavity is surrounded by a filter medium () through which unfiltered fluid can flow. A flow-conducting apparatus () orients the flow of the unfiltered fluid reaching the filter medium () and is provided between the fluid inlet () and the inner cavity () of the filter element ().

Filter device for fluids

A filter device has at least one filter element () exchangeably received in a housing (). The filter element has a filter medium () permeable to a flow of the fluid to be purified and has, on at least one end, an end cap () that, for the purpose of positioning of the filter element () in a functional position, interacts with a fixing body () connected to a removable cover () of the housing (). A bypass valve () is provided on the fixing body (). On the fixing body (), a wall part () in the functional position forms a dividing element in the housing separating the housing into a filter element chamber () and a bypass chamber () situated at the outflow side of the bypass valve (). The bypass chamber has a protective filter () through which the fluid flowing out of the bypass valve () can flow.

A filter device has a support part () receiving a filter part (), a sealing device () acting between the support part () and the filter part (), and a securing device () releasably connecting the support part () to the filter part (). The securing device has a circumferential collar part () that, under the action of an energy store (), exerts a force on the sealing device (). That force seals the support part () and the filter part () in a fluid-tight manner with respect to one another. The support part () has, on its end region oriented toward the securing device (), another circumferential collar part (). The collar part () of the securing device () is guided concentrically within the collar part () of the support part () provided with a sealing system ().
