Apparatus for producing plastic containers has a heating device having a transport device for transporting the plastic preforms singly along a predefined transport path. The transport device has a plurality of holding devices for holding the plastic preforms, and at least one heating unit for heating the plastic preforms, wherein furthermore a rotating device is provided which rotates the plastic preforms held by the holding devices and is connected to a forming device, which transforms the plastic preforms transported by the heating device into plastic containers. The apparatus has an alignment device which enables alignment of the rotational position of the plastic preforms with respect to their longitudinal direction relative to the holding devices holding these plastic preforms and/or the apparatus has a rotational position alignment device arranged along the transport path which enables alignment of a rotational position of the holding devices with the plastic preforms arranged thereon.

Apparatus and method for producing plastic containers with non-circular cross-sections

Apparatus for transforming plastic parisons into plastic containers includes a transforming station having a blow mould within which plastic parisons can be expanded by application of a gaseous medium. The blow mould has a base part arranged releasably on a support. The transforming station has at least one first connector for supplying a flowable temperature control medium to the transforming station, and this supply of the temperature control medium can be disconnected via the connector. The fastening mechanism has a release element which is movable in a predetermined straight direction. By displacement of this release element into a first predetermined position fastening of the base part on the support is releasable and by a displacement of this release element into a second predetermined position the base part can be fastened on the support.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers has a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path. The conveying device has a movable station carrier arranged at least indirectly on a stationary base carrier and on which a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations have blow molding devices which form cavities inside which the plastics material preforms are shaped to form plastics material containers. The blow molding devices are arranged on blow mold carriers. The apparatus has a changing device suitable for removing at least the blow molding devices from the blow mold carriers and/or arranging blow molding devices on the blow mold carriers. A changing device has a gripping device for gripping the blow molding device, wherein this gripping device is movable in at least two different directions and is pivotable about at least three different axes.

The changing device has a first control device for controlling a removing and/or an arranging movement of the blow moulding devices on the blow mould carriers, and a second control device for controlling a blow moulding procedure, wherein the first control device and the second control device preferably co-operate at least for a time.

Blow moulding machine with changing robot and method of operating it

In an apparatus for the heating of plastics material pre-forms with a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path, at least one heating device moves with the plastics material pre-forms arranged on the conveying device, wherein the heating device comprises a receiving room that receives the plastics material pre-forms and that surrounds the plastics material pre-forms during heating thereof. A holding device holds the plastics material pre-forms. The plastics material pre-forms are conveyed through a clean room, the clean room surrounding the conveying path of the plastics material pre-forms. A moving device introduces the plastics material pre-forms into the receiving room and removes plastics material pre-forms from the receiving room. At least one portion of the moving device is arranged exterior the clean room. A sealing device seals the clean room from an exterior environment.

Apparatus for the heating of plastics material pre-forms with sterile room

An apparatus for the heating of plastics material pre-forms comprises a movable carrier on which is arranged at least one heating device, the heating device including a holding element for holding and conveying the plastics material pre-forms. A heating cavity is included, into which individual plastics material pre-forms can be inserted. A moving device is suitable for inserting the plastics material pre-forms into the heating cavity. A clean room, inside which the plastics material pre-forms are capable of being heated by the heating cavity is included, wherein the clean room is isolated from an external environment by at least one first wall and at least one second wall, the second wall being constructed and arranged to be movable with respect to the first wall.
