A machining tool for deburring boreholes, which lead laterally into a recess, comprising: a shaft; a cutting head with at least one circumferential cutting blade associated with a chip groove and having a cutting edge extending, at least in sections, in an axial direction, and which can perform a cutting process by virtue of relative movement between the tool and a workpiece, and which lies on a virtual cylindrical rotation surface; and at least one cutting-blade-free and chip-groove-free surface area; at least one fluid channel closed on the cutting head side, extending through the shaft into the cutting head; and at least one branch channel with an outlet opening. The outlet opening is in a dynamic pressure active surface radially set back relative to the virtual rotation surface, and is larger than a flow cross-sectional area of the at least one branch channel at the outlet opening.

Machining tool for deburring boreholes

A tool comprising a cutting section on which a multiplicity of blades or cutting edges and flutes are formed; a shank section, which forms a chucking section on a side which faces away from the cutting section, wherein a number of fluid channels which corresponds to the number of flutes is formed in the chucking section in such a manner that the fluid which emerges from axial discharge openings of the chucking section can be fed in a free jet along the shank into in each case one associated flute of the cutting section. Also, a method for supplying the blades of such a tool.

Rotatably drivable cutting tool

A rotating shaft tool has a base body, with a guide slot in the base body, in which at least one elongate cutting blade can be arranged. An axial adjustment means which can be arranged at the mouth of the guide slot and by means of which the cutting blade can be adjusted axially in the guide slot. At least one spherical force exerting element, capable of moving the cutting blade in the axial direction, can be arranged at one end face of the cutting blade. Its axial displacement can be adjusted by means of at least one second force exerting element which deviates from the direction of movement of the first spherical force exerting element.
