The invention relates to a drain valve () for a sanitary cistern, in particular a concealed cistern, having a valve housing () with a drain opening (), the drain opening () being delimited by a valve seat (), and a valve body (), which rests in a sealing manner on the valve seat () in the closed state of the drain valve, the valve housing () having a housing chamber (), arranged upstream of the valve seat () in the direction of flow, for receiving water. To allow the drain valve to be arranged outside the cistern and to enable access to the drain valve for maintenance as well as removal via an inspection opening that can be covered by a toilet bowl or urinal bowl, the invention suggests that the valve body () is provided with an auxiliary chamber () for receiving water, the receiving volume of which is smaller for water in the open state of the drain valve () than in the closed state of the drain valve (), the auxiliary chamber () being delimited by a flexible and/or movable wall section, and wherein the auxiliary chamber () is associated with an auxiliary drain valve () which in a first position permits an inflow of water into the auxiliary chamber () and in a second position permits an outflow of water out of the auxiliary chamber ().

Drain valve for a sanitary cistern

A locking mechanism (), in a motor vehicle, includes two elements () that abut one another along a contact region (). At least one element () has a coating () at least in the contact region. The coating alters under stress during an accident, such that the contact region () between the two elements becomes larger and/or a coefficient of friction between the two elements increases.

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat () comprising a seat part () and a backrest (), wherein the backrest () is provided in such a way that it is pivotable relative to the seat part () by means of a recliner (). The present invention further relates to an adjusting mechanism.

Vehicle seat with a recliner

An adjustable vehicle seat () includes a seat part () and a backrest () which is pivotable relative to the seat part via a backrest adjustment fitting () and is lockable in a plurality of angular positions. A locking device () locks the seat part to a vehicle structure. An unlocking lever () transmits an unlocking movement to the locking device. A first interlock element (), with the fitting unlocked, prevents a movement of the unlocking lever for unlocking the locking device and with the locking device unlocked, prevents an unlocking of the backrest adjustment fitting. The first interlock element, as a blocking lever, is connected to a transmission rod () for rotation therewith, to unlock the fitting. The unlocking lever has or interacts with a blocking element () which, when the locking device; is unlocked, prevents a movement of the blocking lever for unlocking the backrest adjustment fitting.

Adjustable vehicle seat

An adjustable vehicle seat () has a seat part () and a backrest part () which is pivotable relative to the seat part about a backrest pivot axis () and is lockable in a design position (the backrest is approximately upright) and in a table position (the backrest rests on the seat part). Two locking devices () are kinematically assigned to the seat part and an unlocking unit () is kinematically assigned to the backrest, for unlocking the locking devices (). The unlocking unit () is connected to the locking devices () by two Bowden cables (). A passage element (), that is approximately cylindrical, is fastened to the seat part with a cylinder axis aligned with the backrest pivot axis () and with a first Bowden cable passage opening () and a second Bowden cable passage opening () arranged at a same distance from the backrest pivot axis.

A vehicle seat including a seat member, having a seat face and two lateral members. The seat face may be provided between the lateral members in an integral manner. The vehicle seat may further include a height adjuster for adjusting a height of the seat face, and the height adjuster may be integrated in the lateral members. Each of the lateral members may have a recess, the shape of which may change during the height adjustment. The height adjuster may include a drive element. The drive element may include a rotor with helical slots. The lateral members may have projections provided which cooperate in a positive-locking manner with the helical slots. During rotation of the rotor, the projections may be moved away from each other or toward each other. Height adjustment of the seat face may be carried out.
