A sensor device for a fluid power apparatus and in particular a pneumatic cylinder comprises at least one sensor for producing at least one sensor value on the basis of a property or a condition of the fluid power apparatus, and a sensor communication means for the transmission of the at least one sensor value. As regards the sensor device there is a provision such that it includes a reading means for reading apparatus identification data characterizing the fluid power apparatus and the sensor device is adapted for the transmission of the apparatus identification data by way of the sensor communication means.

Sensor device for a fluid power apparatus

A fluid power valve module has a supply port for fluid and at least one fluid power and more especially pneumatic valve able to be controlled via the control interface of the valve module for control of a fluid power instrumentality by way of power ports on the basis of the supplied fluid. There is a provision such that the valve module comprises at least one switching output integrated in its housing for output of a switching signal for switching a switching means for influencing and more especially deactivating the instrumentality.

Valve module

A regulator module serves for the regulation of an actuator, in particular a pneumatic drive, and has a regulator communication interface for for output of the regulation target value and receiving an input actual value. The regulator module comprises concatenating contacts for in line arrangement on a fluid power and in particular pneumatic valve cluster with several valve modules, arranged in a row direction adjacent to each other for the fluid control of fluid power actuators and that the regulator module has an internal bus interface for connection with an internal communication bus of the valve cluster and that the regulator module is able to be connected by way of the internal communication bus with a valve cluster communication means for external communication of the valve cluster.

A valve cluster comprises several valve modules arranged in row direction adjacent to each other for the fluid power control of fluid power device, and at least one fluid power device coupled with and controlled by the valve cluster, such device constituting a unit separate from the valve cluster. The valve cluster comprises a receiving means which is assigned to the fluid power device and is designed for receiving device identification data characterizing the at least one fluid power device, said device identification data being transmitted by an ident data transmission means assigned to the fluid power device, the receiving means being, for passing on the device identification data, connected or being able to be connected with a control means for the control of the fluid power device.
