A housing for an electric machine includes a cooling device arranged on the periphery of a support plate, the cooling device contacts a heat-conducting ring connected to the housing, and the support plate as well as components arranged thereon have vibration damping and an electric insulation to provide advantageous structural conditions such that an advantageous cooling effect is achieved, and regions within the cooling device can be provided for fitting elements of the support plate.

An electronically commutated DC motor has a stator wound with a multi-phase stator winding, a permanent magnet rotor mounted rotatably about a motor axis, a circuit board, a guide plate electrically connected to the winding and a housing component. In one implementation, a DC motor can easily be manufactured with the fewest possible process steps, which exhibits a short axial length and a low weight as well as good heat-dissipation properties. It is also an object of the invention to create a DC motor with integrated electronics, whose motor interior can be filled with oil, and which holds the electronics sealed against this oil. For reasons of logistics, an attempt is also made for partial components, such as the electronics, to be designed such that they are capable of complete prior assembly and testing.

Disclosed is an electrical device, in particular a control unit for a motor vehicle, comprising a plate-shaped circuit support fixed on a metallic base plate of the housing, on which a plastic plug part s fixed on a side facing away from the metallic base plate, characterized in that fixing means which are pivot-shaped and protrude from the base plate, are provided for the common mounting of the plastic plug part, the circuit support and the metallic base plate of the housing, that said fixing means are guided through corresponding recesses in the circuit support and in the plastic plug part, that a deformation is produced at each inserted end and that each deformation is supported y a supporting part on said plastic plug part.

A device for detecting the angle of rotation of a throttle valve operated by an electric motor is disclosed. The valve is rotatably supported on a throttle valve shaft in an intake system of a throttle valve housing, wherein an actuator motor coupled to the throttle valve shaft predefines the throttle valve angular position in a manner controlled by a control unit, and wherein a predetermined value of the throttle valve angular position is predetermined by a manually operated predetermined-value input apparatus and is fed to the control unit. The predetermined-value input apparatus is coupled to a predetermined value sensor shaft, wherein the angular position of the predetermined value sensor shaft corresponds to the manually predefined predetermined value of the throttle valve angular position.

There is described an illumination unit with a planar carrier part having a plurality of light-emitting semiconductor components, in particular high-power light-emitting diodes, arranged on both sides of a main surface. On each side of the carrier part a heat sink is provided in each case. Each of the semiconductor components is connected in an efficient heat-conducting manner to a heat sink provided on an opposite side of the carrier part by way of a heat conducting means that is fed through an opening in the carrier part. At least one reflector is embodied on each heat sink having a reflective surface which concentrates the emitted light from a semiconductor component which is arranged on the side of the carrier part facing this heat sink.

There is described an arrangement for cooling electrical components disposed on a board-shaped mounting substrate, particularly SMD power components on a printed circuit board, wherein at least one heat sink assigned to a component is present which is disposed on the same side as the components and which is connected in a thermally conductive manner to the assigned component by means of a thermally conductive layer implemented on the mounting substrate. The heat sink is implemented as a bent sheet-metal part and is connected to the thermally conductive layer by means of a solder joint, wherein the bent sheet-metal part has at least one heat sink element which extends in a longitudinal direction and said longitudinal direction is oriented obliquely to the plane of the board-shaped substrate.

Control device for a motor vehicle, particularly for controlling a gearbox, with an electronic control circuit arranged on a support plate in a housing; for measurement of the hydraulic pressure, a measuring transducer is connected to a hydraulic unit of the gearbox by a pressure channel, wherein a spring element is formed in a region of the support plate and is a portion of the measuring transducer; the spring element is connected for force transmission via a connecting member to a diaphragm which sealingly spans the aperture of the pressure channel leading to the spring element.
