A system for controlling an access authorization and/or driving authorization for a vehicle includes at least one mobile communication device and a control unit in the vehicle that receives and checks authorization data sent from the mobile communication device. The mobile communication device has a data carrier for storing the authorization data. The data carrier has at least one protected storage region for the storage of the authorization data. A database server transfers encrypted authorization data to the data carrier for storage in the protected storage region.

Device and method for controlling an access authorisation and/or driving authorisation for a vehicle

A device for prompting a controller in a vehicle to switch the controller from a normal operating state into an idle state includes a prompting device which switches a power supply through to the controller when activated to bring it into the normal operating state. The prompting device is connected in series to a first condenser and a resistor between power supply lines. A central tap between the first condenser and the resistor is connected directly or indirectly with the control input of a first transistor. An output of the first transistor is connected directly or indirectly with a control input of a second transistor that switches the supply current for the controller to be prompted. A connection line led back from the second transistor to the node between central tap and control input of the first transistor.

An electronic vehicle key has a radio receiver for receiving radio call information which is transmitted by a control center, and a key communication device for communicating with a vehicle communication device in an associated vehicle, signals transmitted by the key communication device to the vehicle communication device serving to activate or deactivate an immobilizer on the vehicle. A vehicle key with an installed electronic system is used, for example, for wireless communication with the vehicle for controlling a vehicle locking system or a drive-away blocking system. The electronic vehicle key has a voice memory, a voice output unit, a control unit with a voice system function a radio call receiving device, a radio call information output unit and a control unit. By means of the voice system function, for example, the parking site of a vehicle can be stored in the key and can be emitted again in voice form. A key equipped with the radio call receiving function permits the transmission of radio call messages to the owner of the key.

An adjusting device having a multi-function operating switch is provided. The function elements which can be controlled by the operating switch can be selected in a variable manner on the user side from a totality of function elements. In a motor vehicle, the operating switch may, for example, have the configuration of a tunnel driving switch by which function elements that can be selected by the user, such as window lifting mechanisms, low-beam and interior-light units, etc. can be controlled into function positions which can also be predetermined by the user for driving through tunnels. This implements a high operating comfort for the individual and situation-adapted adjustment of a condition which can be influenced by a totality of function elements.
