A method for the ability to regulate and control a recording of a telecommunications connection, wherein the signals generated in the telecommunications connection are tapped and stored in a system. A storage occurs according to the specifications of the respective telecommunications subscriber and/or the respective network operators involved, and the signals of the telecommunications connection to be recorded can be stored as encrypted data files directly in the network of the telecommunications network used, where the data files can be decrypted, and the contents reproduced, by means of appropriate release by the subscribers of the telecommunications connection and/or by means of appropriate authorization of third parties.

Net-based recording of telephone conversations

A method and a system for transmitting data on the location of a mobile radio terminal to a receiver by means of a mobile radio network. An area that lies within the service range of the mobile radio network is defined and is subdivided into several subareas. A plurality of different call numbers are assigned to the receiver, who can be called at each of the call numbers. One respective call number is injectively allocated to the subareas. The location of the mobile radio terminal is determined and is made available to the mobile radio system when a call request is addressed to the receiver by the mobile radio terminal. The determined location is associated with a subarea and thus with a call number of the receiver. A connection between the mobile radio terminal and the receiver is established based on said call number.

Method and system for transmitting data on the location of a mobile terminal to a receiver by means of a mobile radio network

The invention relates to a method and a device for setting up and billing a roaming communications connection between a first calling subscriber of a first communications network and a second called subscriber of the first and or another communications network who is checked into a roaming communications network. Billing data records concerning the accrued costs of the roaming connection are generated by the communications networks, are exchanged between billing systems of the communications networks, and the subscribers arc charged the costs of the roaming connection on the basis of the billing data records. According to the invention, the costs for a connection, which originates from the first, calling subscriber and which is incoming to the second, called subscriber are charged exclusively to the first subscriber under conditions individually agreed upon beforehand.

Method and device in a telecommunications system for setting up and billing a roaming communications connection

The invention relates to a method of redialing in telecommunication networks for a call back when not engaged, whereby a caller carries out a call attempt to reach a callee, whereby the callee does not respond at firs. According to the invention, the callee may be reached without the caller having to continually undertake a further call attempt, whereby a radialling is automatically carried out by the relevant exchange within a given time window at given time periods and a connection to the callee is established should the same respond.
