Method and device for the extrusion and labeling of a packaging tube

An elastic substantially tubular package for a semi-liquid or pasty extractable by a finger pressure product comprises a skirt, a head and optionally a cap. The skirt is formed from a wound foil and is provided with a longitudinal weld seam formed by the overlapping of the edges thereof, and the head is fixed to the circumference of the skirt end and forms an oval cross-section at the level of the skirt fixing area. The end of the longitudinal weld seam contacting the head is located in or near an area where the radius of curvature of the oval cross-section is minimal.

A plant for manufacturing and packaging tubes feeds the tubes via a conveyor belt to a packaging station, where they are packaged to form larger units. The foil strip is a dual or multiple-strip, cut by at least one partitioning blade into individual webs respectively welded in parallel planes to form endless tubes and cut by transverse cutters. The tubular bodies are assembled into a larger transfer group and jointly transferred to a turn table including a corresponding number of mandrels. The turn table conveys them jointly and stepwise to stations for fitting the shoulder portion with a threaded neck and the closure cap. The finished tubes are deposited on a discharge belt and fed to control regions for checking. Flawless tubes are received by the discharge belt and fed continuously to a tray.

The invention relates to a multi-chamber tube with at least two chambers and a tube head, with closable withdrawal apertures corresponding to the number of chambers and consisting of an accumulation of at least two separately produced tubular pipes arranged parallel to one another with a rounded external periphery common to all tubular pipes. According to the invention it comprises an integral tube head produced by pressed molten portions and common to all tubular pipes and containing the partition walls corresponding to the number of tubular pipes and connected thereto, molten material simultaneously flowing around the edge ends of the tubular members which are rigidly connected to one another after curing.

A method for controlling the edges (') of a foil strip guided in a shaping funnel of a device producing tubular bodies from the foil strip by an overlapping weld seam using a guide wedge, the strip being then welded. The invention relates to a method for producing tubular containers with an open filling opening and with an end that is provided with a seal. The inventive method comprises the following steps: separately producing a preform with a neck with definitive dimensions and a tubular body with smaller dimensions than the definitive form, the tubular body containing the open filling opening; fixing the preform that is produced to a drawing head by its neck and subjecting it to at least one partial heating process; introducing the heated preform that is attached to the drawing head into the inside of a multi-part closed blow mold in such a way that the open filling opening is air-tightly held at the lower end of the blow mold; fitting a blow nozzle to the filling opening of the preform.

Method for producing tubular containers

A method and a device for the continuous production of tubular bodies with an internal longitudinal separating wall for the production of tubes having two chambers which are separated from each other. An endless extruded tube having an internal longitudinal separating wall is produced and individual tubular bodies of a defined length are cut off by means of a cutting device and subjected to further processing. The tubular body is made from a film having a central, semicircular part and two angled lateral wings. The semicircular part is covered by a second film serving as separating wall. A transverse cutter having two rotating blades is used as cutting device. The rounded extruded tube having a longitudinal separating wall is fed between the two rotating blades after having been collapsed and oriented in such a way that the collapsed extruded tube has a central three-layered part which consists of the collapsed, oriented separating wall in the middle and an upper and lower flat tubular wall body section on either side, as well as two two-layered areas which adjoin the three-layered area on both sides. In this way each two-layered area consists of bent, superimposed tubular body wall sections.

The process comprises fastening a dividing strip to a foil ribbon in a parallel arrangement to the foil ribbon, and joining the longitudinal edges of the foil ribbon together to form an endless tube. This tube can then be cut to produce multi-layered tubular bodies.
