An optoelectronic circuit for transmitting an optical clock signal to an electronic component contains a clock-generating device for the generation of an optical clock signal, a converter element for the conversion of the optical clock signal into an electrical clock signal supplied to the electronic component and an optical line from the clock-generating device to the conversion element. The optoelectronic circuit in this context provides a delay time of the optical clock signal from the clock-generating device to the conversion element. The optoelectronic circuit accordingly comprises an adjustable optical element for adjusting the delay time between the clock-generating device and the electronic component.

Optoelectronic circuit and a method for the transmission of an optical clock signal

The invention, according to various embodiments described herein, relates to a phase-locked loop with a phase detector and a controlled oscillator. The controlled oscillator provides a varactor. The varactor is embodied using MEMS technology. According to the invention, the control bandwidth of the phase-locked loop is larger than the mechanical resonant frequency of the varactor.

The invention relates to a varactor with an actuator, wherein the first actuator surface () of the actuator is embodied on a substrate (), and a second actuator surface () is embodied on a first movable membrane (). In this context, the first movable membrane () is arranged above an upper side (1) of the substrate (). A second movable membrane () is arranged below a lower side (1) of the substrate () facing away from the upper side (). The invention further relates to a varactor system made from two such varactors.

An oscillator including a resonator with at least one first tuneable element, with which a resonant frequency of the resonator can be varied. The oscillator further includes an amplifier, which provides an amplification element, connected to the resonator at a coupling position. The amplifier provides a second tuneable element, by which a complex resistance, which the amplifier provides at the coupling position, is variable in a frequency-dependent manner.
