A power-shiftable transmission, in particular an automatic transmission for a vehicle, which comprises a plurality of frictional shifting elements and at least one interlocking shifting element (A, B, C, D, E) and a plurality of gearwheels which can be engaged in a power flow by the shifting elements (A, B, C, D, E). In order to engage a gear step, at least two associated shifting elements (A, B, C, D, E) are engaged and at least one interlocking shifting element (B), as a shifting element (B) to be engaged, is associated with a gear step to be engaged with a supporting gear.

Power-shiftable transmission

A multi-stage planetary gearbox, in particular a torque split gearbox of a work machine, having a housing which accommodates four planetary gearsets, a plurality of shafts, and shift elements including brakes and clutches which implement different gear ratios between the drive and output shafts. The drive shaft couples a carrier of the third gearset which can couple, via a first clutch, a third shaft that is coupled to a ring gear of a second gearset and which can be connected, via a second clutch, to a fourth shaft connected to a sun gear of the third gearset. A fifth shaft couples a sun gear of the second gearset and can be locked, via a first brake, with the housing. A sixth shaft couples a ring gear of the third gearset and a carrier of the second gearset. The output shaft is coupled to a carrier of a fourth gearset.

Multi-stage gearbox of planetary construction

The transmission has four planetary gear sets and shafts and shift elements. Sun gear of the planetary gearset (P) couples shaft () which couples ring gear of gearset (P) and is connectable, via clutch (), to shaft (), which couples carrier of gearset (P) and is connectable, via clutch (), to shaft (), which couples sun gears of gearsets (P, P). Carrier of gearset (P) couples drive shaft (), which is connectable, via clutch (), to shaft (), which couples ring gear of gearset (P). Multistep gear mechanism

A transmission having four planetary gearsets, and shafts and shift elements. Sun gear of gearset (P) couples shaft (), which couples ring gear of gearset (P) and is connectable via clutch () to shaft (), which couples carrier of gearset (P) and is connectable via clutch () to shaft (), which couples sun gears of gearsets (P, P). Carrier of gearset (P) couples the drive shaft, which couples ring gear of gearset (P). Sun gear of gearset (P) couples shaft (), which is connectable via clutch () to shaft (), which couples carrier of gearset (P) and is connectable to housing (G) via brake (). The invention relates to a dual clutch gear mechanism with a countershaft design for a vehicle with central synchronisation, in which a braking device is provided for slowing down each partial gear mechanism and a band brake () is provided as a braking device.

Dual clutch gear mechanism with a countershaft design for a vehicle with central synchronization

The invention relates to a positively engaging shifting element which can be hydraulically or pneumatically actuated, comprising a hydraulically or pneumatically actuatable piston (I) having a piston compartment () containing a hydraulic medium or pressure medium, a jaw () having a dog-type gearing () and a mating jaw () with which the dog-type gearing () meshes when engaged. The engaging speed of the jaw () can be increased by decoupling the jaw () from the hydraulic or pneumatic volume flow when the jaws () and () are in a tooth butt position in relation to each other and by pretensioning the jaw () by means of a mechanical device () that is actively connected to the piston (I). The gap between the jaws, i.e. the window into which the jaw () can be engaged is maintained as narrow as possible in order for a tooth butt position of the jaws () and () in relation to each other being highly probable when the shift element is applied.

Positively engaging shifting element which can be hydraulically or pneumatically actuated

An actuating apparatus for actuating a shifting mechanism in a transmission to shift a gear wheel on a hollow shaft with an actuator module that is at least partially positioned within the hollow shaft and which comprises an actuator which can be connected with a coupling element of the shift mechanism which radially, inwardly extends into the inner diameter of the hollow shaft. The enclosure of the actuator module has at least an axially extending assembly passageway which guides the coupling element, during axial insertion of the actuator module into the hollow shaft. A method for the assembly and disassembly of an actuator module, with at least one actuator of an actuating apparatus for inside actuation of a shift mechanism on the hollow shaft. The actuator module is axially inserted into the hollow shaft and rotated via an assembly guide.

Actuating apparatus for actuating at least one shift apparatus and method for the assembly and disassembly thereof

A shift element comprising at least three shift positions for shifting two gear transmission ratios in which in a first end position, which corresponds to a first shift position, the first gear transmission ratio is engaged and in a second end position, which corresponds to a second shift position, the second gear transmission ratio is engaged, while in the central position, which corresponds to a third shift position, both gear transmission ratios are engaged.

An electromechanical actuating assembly for at least an actuator element of a vehicle transmission with at least a drive device which activates a spindle drive () of an actuator device to actuate the actuator element. The actuator device comprises a toggle lever mechanism () which is activated via the spindle drive (), and the actuator device is positioned coaxially with a transmission shaft () of the vehicle transmission and is positioned radially inside or radially outside with reference to the actuator element.

Electromechanical actuating assembly

A multi-step transmission having a housing accommodating eight shafts and four planetary gearsets (), and at least six shift elements comprising brakes and clutches which implement different transmission ratios between a drive shaft and output shaft. Multistep gear mechanism of planetary design

A multi-stage gearbox of planetary construction, in particular a power split transmission of a work engine, having a housing which accommodates four planetary sets, several shafts and several shift elements including at least a brake and a number of clutches. Selective engagement of the shift elements implements different gear ratios between a drive shaft and an output shaft. A transmission comprising four gear sets (P, P, P, P), eight shafts and six shift elements. The drive shaft is connected with sun gear of set (P) and carrier of set (P). Carrier of set (P) is connected to shaft () which is connectable to a housing, via a first brake, and connectable to shaft (), via clutch (). Shaft () interconnects the ring gear of set (P) with the sun gears of sets (P, P). Shaft () interconnects ring gear of set (P) with carrier of set (P). Shaft () couples sun gear of set (P) to the housing, via a brake. Ring gear of set (P) is connected to the housing. The output shaft is connectable, via clutch (), with shaft () which is connected to ring gear of set (P) and, via clutch (), with shaft () which is connected to carrier of set (P).

A multi-step transmission having a housing which accommodates eight shafts and four planetary gear sets, and at least six shift elements including brakes and clutches which are engaged to implement different ratios between a drive shaft and output shaft. The carrier of gearset () is connected to shaft () which is connectable, via brake (), to the housing and, via clutch (), to shaft () which is coupled to the ring gear of gearset (). The shaft () connects the ring gear of gearset () to the sun gear of gearset () and is couplable, via a clutch (), to the output shaft. The shaft () is connected to the ring gear of gearset () and the drive shaft is connectable, via clutch (), to shaft () and is coupled to the carrier of gearset ().
