A liquid distributor for a liquid-transfer system of a conveyor dishwasher has first, second and third connections. The liquid sprayed in at least one final-rinse zone of the conveyor dishwasher can be fed to the liquid distributor via the first connection, wherein some of the liquid fed to the liquid distributor can be discharged, via the second connection, to a line system which can be connected to the second connection, and wherein the rest of the liquid fed to the liquid distributor can be discharged, via the third connection, to at least one line system which can be connected to the third connection. The liquid distributor has an interchangeable aperture component, which defines the fraction of liquid which is fed to the liquid distributor via its first connection and is to be discharged, via the second connection, to the line system which can be connected to the second connection.

Conveyor-type dish washer and method of operating it, wherein during a final-rinse operation at least from one side, preferably from each the two sides, of the items to be cleaned, at least two final-rinse liquid spray jets are sprayed in different directions in relation to each other, wherein at least one final-rinse liquid spray jet is inclined in the direction of the movement of a dish carrier and at least another final-rinse liquid spray jet is inclined against the direction of the movement of the dish carrier.

Spray pipe of a conveyor ware washer for spraying items to be washed with liquid, comprising a plurality of nozzles, which are arranged one behind another in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, and an inlet, from which liquid can flow in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to the nozzles, characterized in that, at least in the case of two nozzles one following another in the liquid supply direction, the nozzle located closer to the inlet has a nozzle opening with a larger opening cross section than the nozzle adjacent to it further away from the inlet.
