A household dishwasher includes a first spray arm having a first spraying circle, a second spray arm having a second spraying circle which overlaps with the first spraying circle, and a synchronization facility configured to adapt a rotational speed of the first spray arm to a rotational speed of the second spray arm, or vice versa. The synchronization facility includes a first magnetic field allocated to the first spray arm and a second magnetic field allocated to the second spray arm, with the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field having a same polarization, so that the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field repel one another during operation of the household dishwasher to thereby prevent contact between the first spray arm and the second spray arm during a rotational movement of the first spray arm and the second spray arm.

A dishwasher, in particular a free-standing dishwasher or a high-level built-in dishwasher, includes an appliance door and a bottom-side plinth cover which is aligned essentially flush with a front face of the appliance door. The plinth cover has a top wall which faces a lower edge of the appliance door and is spaced from the lower edge of the appliance door to allow for an opening movement of the appliance door across a free movement gap. At least one lighting element is provided to allow illumination of the movement gap between the lower edge of the appliance door and the top wall of the plinth cover.

The structure includes a plurality of openings for the penetration of a dish washing liquid, the openings being limited by a plurality of ridges crossing in-plane at a plurality of crossing points forming the openings, and the ridges are formed in a sloped structure having a substantially rhomb shaped cross-section.

A height-adjusting foot for a household appliance includes an adjuster housing solidly connected to an appliance housing. A vertical threaded shaft is form-lockingly guided in the adjuster housing. A foot plate is connected to the threaded shaft. A nut which is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing and is screwed on the threaded shaft, has an outer periphery with a worm wheel. A worm is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing for driving the worm wheel. An adjusting rod is connected to the worm. Due to reduced expenditures, the costs of the adjusting device are lowered. It can be operated from one side wall of the housing, preferably from the front panel of the household appliance. The adjusting foot does not co-rotate in the adjusting operation.
