A planetary stage of a planetary gear unit with a gearbox housing includes a ring gear, at least one planet gear, and a sun gear, which are rotatably positioned. The ring gear is connected via a tappet to a sun gear shaft of an upstream planetary gear stage, and is rotatably mounted in the gearbox housing. The planetary gear unit exhibits increased robustness by connecting the ring gear on a side opposite the tappet to a ring gear support that is seated in the gearbox housing.

Planetary gear unit

A planet stage of an epicyclic gearing includes a gearing housing with a ring gear arranged in a fixed position, at least two planet wheels mounted in a planet web that has at least one cheek, and a sun wheel. The planet web is connected to an input shaft, and there is a connection between the input shaft and a component of a further planet stage. The planet stage of the epicyclic gearing, in particular the planet web, has a reduced torsional loading. The reduced torsional loading is achieved in that the connection is a connecting web which is connected to that cheek of the planet web which is acted upon by an admission of load/moment, and is arranged in the region between two planet wheels and within the ring gear.

A planetary gear set with a planet stage revolving in a gear set housing has a planet carrier which is connected in particular to a rotor and has planet web cheeks which are connected to one another by means of webs, and a plurality of planet gears which are mounted in planet gear bearings, which are connected to the planet carrier, and are in engagement on one side with a sun gear and on the other side with a ring gear. The gear set housing is provided with an oil supply channel which is connected to at least one oil-guiding channel in the planet carrier. The lubrication of the meshing engagements is facilitated in the planetary gear set by providing dry sump lubrication. This is achieved in that at least one channel connected to the oil-guiding channel is embedded in each web, said channel being aligned with the meshing engagements between sun gear and planet gear and/or planet gear and ring gear.

A gear transmission having at least one gear wheel stage, wherein at least one of the gear wheels is fastened coaxially on a hollow shaft that is rotatably mounted in a transmission housing via at least two shaft bearings. An outside-radial stage offset is formed on the hollow shaft as a seat for a broad rim gear wheel that approaches the plant radially on the inside.

Planetary gearing, in particular multistage planetary gearing, is disclosed. The planetary gearing includes at least one drive shaft, an output shaft, a sun wheel, a ring gear, planet wheels assigned to the planetary gear train, a gear casing, in particular a multipart gear casing, a planetary gear train, in particular the second planetary gear train, comprising a planet wheel arm immovably arranged in a casing. The construction of such a planetary gearing is simplified compared to the prior art, thereby saving costs. This is achieved in that the planet wheel arm is integrally formed with a casing.

A power-distributed wind turbine transmission for transmitting a torque generated by a rotor hub to an output pinion rotating with increased speed compared to the former to drive an electric generator, wherein at least two parallel-connected planetary stages are provided for power-distributed speed increase internal to the transmission, wherein further coupling of the rotor hub is carried out by means of a connection ring element on the input side of the transmission, which is rotatably supported by a large roller bearing at a fixed transmission housing, and which transmits the force flow in a power-distributed manner to the hollow gears of the parallel-connected planetary stages by means of cardan-like decoupling means formed thereon.

A drive train between a rotor and a transmission having a torque support for a wind turbine generator system, including a rotor shaft extending from the rotor and supported in this area by a first rotor shaft bearing and extending to the transmission for converting the rotor speed into a desired generator speed, wherein the rotor shaft is supported by a second rotor shaft bearing formed in the manner of a moment bearing which is arranged on the input side within the transmission in order to receive the partial rotor forces, moments and weight forces and to directly pass them on to the torque support.

Drive train between a rotor and gear unit of a wind power plant

A transmission, especially for wind power installations includes a planetary stage on the input side that is mounted upstream of at least one gear stage. The planetary stage includes at least two power-splitting planetary gears that are mounted in parallel. A differential gear that is mounted downstream of the power-splitting planetary gears compensates for an unequal load distribution between the individual planetary gears caused by their parallel disposition.

A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a valve member guided axially displaceably in a bore of a valve body. On an end of the valve member toward the combustion chamber, a valve sealing face is disposed, with which the valve member cooperates with a valve seat face on the valve body to control an injection cross section. At least one valve spring that acts upon the valve member and is inserted into a spring chamber is provided in a valve retaining body that is braced axially against the valve body. The spring chamber is closed on one end remote from the combustion chamber by a lid. The lid is secured to the valve retaining body by a crimped connection.
