A crosslinker composition is prepared from a reaction mixture including: (a) a prepolymer including a reaction product of a prepolymer mixture including: (i) a polyfunctional isocyanate; and (ii) a first compound comprising two or more active hydrogen groups, where the polyfunctional isocyanate and/or the first compound comprising two or more active hydrogen groups includes a greater than two functional isocyanate and/or active hydrogen groups, respectively; and (b) a polyfunctional hydrazide. The crosslinker composition is not self-crosslinkable. The crosslinker composition has an acid value of at least 15 based on total resin solids of the crosslinker composition.

A silicone-containing polyester polyol can include a reaction product prepared from reactants including: a diol; a polyol having at least three hydroxyl groups; a dimer of a fatty acid having two carboxylic acid groups, or an anhydride or ester thereof; and a silicone component having siloxane linkages and at least two reactive functional groups selected from hydroxyl groups, amino groups, thiol groups, carboxylic acid groups, anhydride groups, or combinations thereof. A coating composition for preparing an anti-fingerprinting, soft touch coating can include the silicone-containing polyester polyol and a crosslinker reactive with the silicone-containing polyester polyol.

A stain resistant coating composition can include: (a) a polyester polyol; (b) a silicone component having at least one reactive functional group; and (c) a crosslinker reactive with (a) and (b). The polyester polyol can include a reaction product obtained from a mixture of reactants including: an aliphatic diol; a polyol having 3 or more hydroxyl groups; and an aliphatic cyclic polycarboxylic acid, or an anhydride or ester thereof, that is greater than 10 mole % of the total carboxylic acids, or anhydrides or esters thereof, used to prepare the polyester.

A stain resistant, soft touch coating composition can include: (a) a fluoropolymer comprising at least one reactive functional group; (b) a polyester polyol; and (c) a crosslinker reactive with (a) and (b). The polyester polyol can include a reaction product obtained from a mixture of reactants including: an aliphatic diol; a polyol having 3 or more hydroxyl groups; and a cyclic polycarboxylic acid, or an anhydride or ester thereof.

Stain resistant, soft touch coating compositions and coatings formed therefrom

A photovoltaic module can be produced by suspending a photovoltaic cell with a front side of the photovoltaic cell facing upward, positioning a backsheet and a first encapsulant layer underneath the suspended photovoltaic cell, lowering the suspended photovoltaic cell into contact with the first encapsulant layer wherein a back side of the photovoltaic cell contacts the first encapsulant layer, applying a second encapsulant layer over at least the front side of the photovoltaic cell, positioning a front transparency onto the second encapsulant layer, and curing the first encapsulant layer and the second encapsulant layer.
