A guide rail, for use with a guide carriage having at least one row of rolling elements, extends along a longitudinal axis and has at least one running surface for the rolling elements, a separate heat sink, and a plurality of first through holes. The running surface is arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis. The heat sink extends along the longitudinal axis and lies against the guide rail. At least sections of the heat sink delimit a first and a second cooling channel that each extend along the longitudinal axis. The first through holes are distributed along the longitudinal axis and are configured to receive screw-bolts. The heat sink has a plurality of second through holes, each aligning with and continuing an associated first through hole. The first and second cooling channels are located on opposite sides of the plurality of second through holes.

A guide carriage for an elongated guide rail includes a main body, an end cap, and at least one row of rolling bodies accommodated in a continuous bypass channel. The end cap bears indirectly against a longitudinal end face of the main body and has a fastening bore through which a fastening screw passes. The fastening screw is screwed into the main body. The continuous bypass channel has a supporting portion and a return channel that are connected via a curved bypass channel that is arranged in the end cap. A lubricant flow path is arranged in the end cap and extends from a lubrication port to the row of rolling bodies. A first cavity is arranged between the fastening bore and the fastening screw. The first cavity forms a component of the lubricant flow path.

A guide carriage is configured for use with an elongate guide rail. The guide carriage has at least one row of spherical rolling bodies which are received in an associated endless circulatory channel. The circulatory channel has a load-bearing section and a return channel which are connected to one another at their ends which lie opposite one another via in each case one curved deflection channel. The load-bearing section is delimited by a carriage raceway extending in a longitudinal direction on the guide carriage and a rail raceway on the guide rail. A separate main body of metal is also provided. The carriage raceway is arranged on a separate raceway insert which bears against the main body. A separate rolling-body guide part is also provided which has a guide section extending in the longitudinal direction. The guide section engages behind the raceway insert.

A guide carriage is configured for use with an guide rail. The guide carriage has at least one row of rolling bodies received in a circulatory channel. The circulatory channel has a load-bearing section and a return channel connected together at their ends by a deflection channel. The load-bearing section is delimited by a carriage raceway on the guide carriage and a rail raceway on the guide rail. At least one sealing lip is arranged in sealing engagement with the guide rail when the guide carriage is mounted on the guide rail. At least one separate rolling-body guide part, composed in one piece of an elastomer, has two deflection sections, between which at least one guide section, extending longitudinally, is arranged. An associated sealing lip is arranged on the guide section. At least one radially inner deflection surface of a deflection channel is arranged on each deflection section.

A linear motion device, has a housing, an arm which is movably guided on the housing along a longitudinal axis and provided with two rolling surfaces composed of hardened steel and extending in direction of the longitudinal axis, the arm has a front end extending out of the housing, a separate receiving peg is fastened to the front end of the arm, a separate flange is fixed in position on the receiving peg in various rotary positions relative to the longitudinal axis, the rolling surfaces extend to a front end face of the arm, the flange is located in a region of the rolling surfaces directly adjacent to the front end face of the arm, and a separate orienting unit engages in a form-fit manner in the flange and in the rolling surfaces.

A linear guide/feed module has a tubular boom movable along a movement axis, a housing encompassing the tubular boom so that the boom is travelable out of and into the housing along the movement axis, a drive unit for driving the boom to move in relation to the housing, at least two recirculating rolling element rows supporting the boom in the housing for its movement in relation to the housing along the movement axis and spaced apart from each other in a circumference direction around the movement axis, with each of the recirculating rolling element rows having a force-loaded rolling element carrying segment extending essentially in a direction of the movement axis and an essentially unloaded rolling element return segment, and a guide body encompassing the boom at least in segments in the circumferential direction, provided in the housing and having rolling element passages of the rolling element return segments formed into it as well as raceways on a housing side of the rolling element carrying segments of the at least two rolling element rows.
