A winding device for winding a web-shaped material, preferably a plastic film, has a reel for receiving the web-shaped material, a contact roller for feeding and pressing the web-shaped material against the reel, a device for rotationally driving a still empty reel, and a device for feeding the still empty reel to the contact roller. The device for rotationally driving the still empty reel and the device for feeding the still empty reel to the contact roller can act simultaneously on the still empty reel.

A blown film extrusion line has an annular die gap, from which a film tube can be extruded, a flatness unit or nip rolls, which fold the film tube, a calibration basket, which is disposed between the die gap and the flatness unit or nip rolls, and which has at least two film-guide elements that guide the film tube such that the film tube retains its round cross-section, with the diameter of the film tube being adjustable by changing the relative position of the two film-guide elements. The calibration basket includes a coupling device that couples the movement of the two film-guide elements to each other.

Sizing cage adjustment

Take-off equipment for tubular sheets are provided for plastic film produced by an extruder with a stationary blowing head. Collapsing boards collapse the tubular sheet with expanded circular cross section, and stationary conveying equipment transports the collapsed tubular sheet to stationary wind-up equipment. A reversing system with at least one deflecting roller and at least one turning bar is pivotably supported between the collapsing boards and the stationary conveying equipment. The reversing system includes at least two turntables which are at a distance from one another vertically corresponding to the at least one deflecting roller and the at least one turning bar. The turntables lie with their centers in a central vertical axis of the equipment and can be driven in a reversing manner each over a planet wheel to different turning angles. The planet wheels are constructed in each case as open planetary gears with the associated turntable having a sun wheel. The cross members carrying the respective planet wheel are combined into a common gearing bridge, and the gearing bridge forms a swiveling frame in which the turntables as well as the deflecting rollers and the turning bars are supported.

Take-off apparatus for plastic tubular sheets

Apparatus for conveying continuous collapsed film includes a guidance arrangement receiving the continuous collapsed film, the guidance arrangement including at least one guide roller and at least one turning bar for guiding the film. The at least one guide roller changes the direction of the film 180 degrees, and the at least one turning bar changes the direction of the film 180 degrees. A conveyor belt travels the same speed as the film and the conveyor belt and the film loop over the one turning bar in superimposed relationship with the conveyor belt being between the at least one turning bar and the film such that the conveyor belt carries the film during the looping over the at least one turning bar.
