The invention relates to a cooling system for an internal combustion engine on a vehicle, preferably for an agricultural or industrial commercial vehicle. The cooling system includes a high temperature circuit and a low-temperature circuit. The high temperature circuit cools the internal combustion engine and includes at least a first cooler. The low temperature circuit cools a charge air cooler and, optionally, an oil cooler and includes at least one second cooler. The charge air cooler has at least two parts or stages. In the direction of flow of coolant in the low temperature circuit, the second cooler is connected downstream of a first part of the charge air cooler, the oil cooler and a second part of the charge air cooler. Alternatively or additionally, a further cooling circuit cools the charge air cooler and includes at least one cooler.

Lamp housing

A fan assembly for an agricultural tractor includes a rotatable fan mechanically driven by a drive shaft coupled to an internal combustion engine. A fan shroud encloses the outer periphery of the fan and is mechanically connected to the engine. A bearing is mounted on the drive shaft and supports the fan shroud so that the drive shaft is rotatable with respect to the fan shroud. The bearing prevents radial and axial movement of the fan shroud relative to the drive shaft. A fan housing is connected to a radiator which is connected to the engine. The fan housing is coupled to an end of the fan shroud by a friction coupler which prevents rotation of the fan shroud.

Fan assembly

A cooling system is provided for a vehicle with an internal combustion engine. The cooling system includes a high temperature cooling circuit and a low temperature cooling circuit that is separated from the high temperature cooling circuit. The high temperature cooling circuit cools the engine and includes at least one cooler. The low temperature cooling circuit cools an oil cooler and, if necessary, a charge air cooler and includes a cooler. The oil cooler may be connected with the high temperature cooling circuit so the oil temperature may be controlled within a narrow temperature range.

Hood assembly

An oil cooler for an internal combustion engine includes an oil circuit and a cooling circuit arranged in a housing with inlet opening and outlet openings. The housing has a generally annular, C-shaped structure which forms a central, axial cylindrical bore and a radially extending slot. The housing is attached to an annular plate. The bore may receive engine components, such as shafts and the like.
