A transport device () comprises a housing (), an actuator () and a drive (). The housing has a fluid inlet () and a fluid outlet (). The actuator () comprises a magnetic shape-memory alloy, and the actuator () is arranged at least in sections in the housing (). The actuator () can be deformed by the drive () in such a way that at least one cavity (') for the fluid is formed in the actuator (), which cavity can be moved by the drive () in order to transport the fluid in the cavity (′) from the fluid inlet () to the fluid outlet (). At least one section of the actuator () has a separation layer () by which a direct contact between the fluid and the actuator () is prevented in said section of the actuator ().

A transport device () comprises a housing (), an actuator (), a drive () and a sealing element (). The housing has a fluid inlet () and a fluid outlet (). The actuator () comprises a magnetic shape-memory alloy, and the actuator () is arranged at least in sections in the housing (). The actuator () can be deformed by the drive () in such a way that two cavities (') for the fluid are formed in the actuator (), which cavities can be moved by the drive () in order to transport the fluid in the cavities (′) from the fluid inlet () to the fluid outlet (). The invention relates to a transport device () comprising a housing (), an actuator (), a drive () and a sealing element (). The housing has a fluid inlet (), a fluid outlet (), and partially contains the actuator (), which comprises a magnetic shape-memory alloy. The actuator () can be deformed by the drive () in such a way to form a cavity () for the fluid in order to transport the fluid in the cavity () from the fluid inlet () to the fluid outlet (). The sealing element () is arranged between the actuator () and the housing () in such a way that the cavity () is edge-sealed or end-sealed during the transport of the fluid from the fluid inlet () to the fluid outlet ().

Sealing structure for a transport device having a shape-memory alloy

A pump arrangement is disclosed including a magnetically drivable micropump for pumping a liquid pumping medium, a bearing carrier as a base part, and an outer magnet and an inner magnet which transmit a torque to the micropump via an axial shaft. Three radial bearing pieces for the rotational mounting (guidance) of the shaft and of the micropump are positioned and fixed in the bearing carrier. The micropump is held in an eccentric bearing by a cover arranged at an end. A duct structure for a forced flow is provided including at least one radial duct portion in the cover and an axial duct portion in the bearing carrier to flush and/or to lubricate the bearings actively with the pumping medium. One of the bearings is arranged closer to the inner magnet and/or another of the bearings is arranged closer to the micropump.

The aim of the invention is to obtain a cost-effective solution for providing a microsystem with bearings, which have sufficiently high precision and long-term stress resistance. The invention proposes a method for manufacturing, adapting or adjusting a bearing portion in a fluidal microcomponent (M) comprising a stator () and a rotor (). Said rotor is rotatably supported on the at least one bearing portion (L,L) relative to said stator. Said rotor () is rotatably supported by a sleeve () inserted into said stator (), for forming said bearing portion, the at least one sleeve being inserted in said stator as a bearing sleeve and comprising an inner surface and an outer surface (). Before being inserted in said stator, said bearing sleeve () is a separate bearing component comprising an inner surface () as an inner bearing surface, which is mechanically micro-finished before being inserted into said stator (). The outer surface () of said bearing component () is mechanically permanently connected with said stator ().

Method for assembling precision miniature bearings for minisystems and microsystems

The invention concerns a micropump for the substantially continuous delivery of a mass flow, the micropump having a sleeve axis and an offset axis of rotation. An internal rotor meshes with an external rotor in a sleeve and at least one outlet-side pressure opening in a first end-face termination part. Both rotors have a dimension smaller than 10 mm. The invention further concerns a micromotor of similar construction in which the diameter of the rotors and the casing are below 10 mm. The pump and motor are extremely miniaturized yet still permit a continuous flow with high feed pressure and high output.
