A fluid operated linear drive in which on the outer periphery of a centering portion () fitting in a housing tube () at least one housing cover () has an annular groove () accommodating an annular seal (). The outer flank (), which is on the side of the housing tube (), of the annular groove () is a component of cap part (), which is coaxially mounted on the centering portion () and fixed on the housing cover (). This division into two parts facilitates production of a flash-free annular groove () without fettling.

Fluid power linear drive

An actuator or servo device comprises an actuator member adapted to move linearly in the motion space of an actuator housing, a microwave position detecting device for detecting the position of the actuator member in the motion space, the actuator member being capable of producing a pressure wave acting on the position detecting device on approaching the position detecting device and a high frequency microwave antenna arrangement for emitting and receiving microwaves, which are at least partially reflected by the actuator member. The actuator device includes dielectric guard cover means, arranged in front of the microwave antenna arrangement. For mechanically uncoupling the guard cover means from the microwave antenna arrangement between the guard cover means and the microwave antenna arrangement a clearance is maintained to allow deformation of the guard cover means thereinto owing to pressure waves.

A piston for a fluid operated power cylinder has two mutually coaxial sealing lips axially extending away from each other and being able to radially yield, for sealing engagement with the piston running face of the power cylinder and adjacent to at least one piston end side an elastic buffer body serving for shock absorbing in the end of stroke position of the piston, said body having an impact face facing away from the piston. At least at one piston end face the sealing lip itself constitutes the buffer body and has the impact face at its end, groove-like recesses being formed on the inner periphery of the sealing lip with a distribution in the peripheral direction, such recesses opening toward said impact face.

Piston and a power cylinder fitted therewith

An attachment element () for the selective pivotal and/or fixed bearing of a power cylinder, comprising a base region () having attachment means () for its attachment on a support structure () and from which two attachment arms () extend opposite each other with a distance between them, the attachment arms () being provided with bearing means () for a pivotal bearing engagement on oppositely placed sides of the outer periphery of the power cylinder (). The base section () is designed with bearing means () for any additional terminal interlocking bearing engagement with the power cylinder () as may be required. Furthermore a cylinder end cap is proposed matching the attachment element ().
