A reactive resin contains at least one accelerator with high reactivity and at least one accelerator with low reactivity. A combination of at least one accelerator with high reactivity and at least one accelerator with low reactivity can be used in a reactive resin system. An accelerator composition can be used for a reactive resin system containing at least one accelerator with high reactivity and at least one accelerator with low reactivity.

Accelerator combination

A reactive amine accelerator is prepared by reacting a primary or secondary aromatic amine with a diglycidyl ether and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid. The reactive amine accelerator can be used in a reactive resin, in particular based on an epoxy (meth)acrylate resin or a urethane (meth)acrylate resin. A reactive resin composition, in particular based on epoxy (meth)acrylate resin and urethane (meth)acrylate resin, which has an amine accelerator is useful. The amine accelerator is covalently incorporated into the polymer network.

A mixture includes at least two radically curable compounds as a backbone resin, and is useful in reactive resins. In particular, the mixture reduces the viscosity of such reactive resin-containing mixtures and thus the dispensing forces required for ejecting the reactive resin components produced therefrom. The mixture also increases the performance of the reactive resins containing such mixtures and of the reactive resin components produced therefrom. Further, said reactive resins and the reactive resin components thereof are useful for construction purposes, in particular for chemical fastening.

Mixture of radically curable compounds and use thereof

The invention relates to a resin mixture having a modified epoxy (meth)acrylate resin as the base resin, and optionally at least one reactive diluent, at least one stabilizer, and at least one accelerator, wherein the modified epoxy (meth)acrylate resin can be obtained by reacting organic compounds having epoxide groups with (meth)acrylic acid, and then by the partial esterification of the &#x3b2;-hydroxyl-groups, the same formed during the reaction, with the anhydride of a saturated dicarboxylic acid, to reactive resin mortars containing the same, and to the use thereof for the purpose of chemical fastening, by means of which it is possible to manufacture products which are not subject to labeling requirements and which additionally provide high bond strength.
