A method is provided for manufacturing a stator of an electrical rotating machine. The method includes: impregnating a first winding head with a first composition that includes a heat-setting resin and a filler of a first particle size; impregnating conductive wires in a slot region with a slot-impregnating composition that includes a heat-setting resin and another filler of a second particle size smaller than the first particle size of the filler of the first composition; and impregnating a second winding head with a composition that includes a heat-setting resin and a filler of a particle size larger than the second particle size.

Method for manufacturing a stator of an electrical rotating machine

A vehicle has an engine driving an alternator. The electrical energy supplied by the alternator feeds an electric traction motor, via a rectifier, an electric line, and an inverter. The electric traction motor is mechanically coupled to a wheel. A super-capacitor is connected to the electric line by a voltage-matching circuit. A unit for controlling the torque applied to the vehicle wheel manages the circulation of the electrical energy in the drivetrain so as always to discharge the super-capacitor as a priority, in order to be able to be ready to recover the energy at the next braking.

The stator for an electrical machine comprises a laminated magnetic circuit having a plurality of teeth delimiting longitudinally oriented slots, electrically conductive wires being disposed in the slots, and winding heads at the ends of the stator. An outer sheath forms part of the final motor. The stator includes a composition for impregnating the winding heads, of which the filler has a large particle size, and a slot-impregnating composition , containing a filler of smaller particle size.
