A microwave resonator with impedance jump, comprises at least one line of high characteristic impedance of a determined length and one line of low characteristic impedance, at least the line of high characteristic impedance comprising a first line cut, a first link wire of a first determined impedance ensuring an electrical link for the passage of the signal from one side to the other of the first line cut. A method for producing a microwave resonator comprising an adjustment step is also provided.

A linearization device for a power amplifier using adaptive digital baseband predistortion includes a pre-inverse block receiving a complex discretized input signal {tilde over (x)}(n) and restoring a complex predistorted signal {tilde over (x)}(n) at the power amplifier input. The pre-inverse block includes a first module and a second module receiving the modulus of the complex input signal |{tilde over (x)}(n)| at the input whose value is included in an amplitude domain varying between two values 0 and A, the amplitude domain being split into a plurality of segments, the first module associating with each value of the complex input signal modulus |{tilde over (x)}(n)| contained in a given segment, a set of several parameters defining a model implemented in the second module via a function Fj, the second module restoring a value F(|{tilde over (x)}(n)|), the complex predistorted signal resulting from multiplying the complex input signal {tilde over (x)}(n) by the value F(|{tilde over (x)}(n)|).

Linearization device for a power amplifier

The invention relates to a method for adapting an electronic component with leads that are not suited to surface mounting on an electrical circuit. The method includes a step of bending said leads. The bending step shapes the leads of said component so that they are suitable for mounting on the surface of the electrical circuit. In particular, the invention applies to electronic components such as radio frequency and microwave power transistors, marketed notably in a straight-lead version.

The present invention relates to a power coupler for hyperfrequency signals. The single-section coupler with microstrip lines comprises a dielectric substrate, a main line and a secondary line comprising a coupling section, the lines being deposited on the substrate, the main line being substantially rectilinear and uniform over its entire length, the coupling section comprising a protuberance at each of its ends, the protuberances being interlinked by a portion of conductive line of which the section, the shape and the disposition are adapted to minimize the coupling between said portion and the main line relative to the coupling made between the protuberances and the main line. The invention applies notably to the measurement of the power of a signal passing through a transmission line.

Microstrip technology hyperfrequency signal coupler

The invention relates to a compact power-agile filter. The filter is a capacitance-weight filter comprising two electromagnetically-coupled oscillating circuits. Each oscillating circuit comprises capacitance weights. Each capacitance weight is controlled by signals. The filter comprises at least one motherboard and one daughterboard which are physically separate. The daughterboard comprises the capacitance weights, the motherboard comprises all the oscillating circuits. In particular, the invention applies to the power filter included in a radiocommunication system amplification module. For example, the invention can be used by a radiocommunication system that can be programmed by software means adapting to a range of signals extending over a wide frequency band.
