A system is provided that is capable of providing heat across a produced interval during oil and gas production to minimize or reduce undesirable formation of gas hydrates in the wellbore. In one embodiment, the configuration provides a means to recycle heat generated by an electrical submersible pump. Heat from the pump may be applied downhole. One configuration is capable of providing for downhole separation of gas from produced fluids to reduce or eliminate gas transit through the pump. A heating element also may apply heat to produced fluids. An orifice may apply heat to produced fluids. The wellbore being drilled to a depth having a subterranean formation temperature that is high enough to elevate a temperature of the production fluids to a predetermined temperature such that the temperature of the production fluids is elevated to the predetermined temperature by at least the depth of the wellbore.

System, apparatus and method for producing a well

A casing valve is described herein. The casing valve can include at least one wall forming a cavity and at least one flexible sleeve disposed proximate to an inner surface of the at least one wall. The casing valve can also include at least one chamber recessed relative to the inner surface of a top end of the at least one wall, where the at least one chamber is disposed between the at least one flexible sleeve and the at least one wall. The casing valve can further include at least one hydraulic channel disposed within the at least one wall and terminating in the at least one hydraulic chamber. The casing valve can also include a first coupling feature disposed at a top end of the at least one wall, wherein the first coupling feature is configured to couple to a first casing pipe.

A method for pre-tensing sections of concentric tubulars in a wellbore. The method can include mechanically coupling an inside tubing pipe to an inside tubing string disposed in the wellbore. The method can also include mechanically coupling a second tubing to a second tubing string disposed in the wellbore. The method can further include suspending, by the first tubing, the first tubing, the first tubing string, the second tubing string, and the second tubing. The method can also include inserting, while suspending the first tubing, the first tubing string, the second tubing string, and the second tubing by the first tubing, a first slip into the first space between the first tubing and the second tubing. The method can further include inserting the first tubing, the first tubing string, the second tubing string, the second tubing, and the first slip further into the wellbore.

Pre-tensing sections of concentric tubulars

A casing pipe assembly can include a first casing pipe having a top coupling member and a pipe curvature, where the top coupling member has first threads in a first direction, and where the pipe curvature substantially corresponds to a wellbore curvature. The casing pipe assembly can also include a second casing pipe having a bottom coupling member and substantially the same pipe curvature, where the bottom coupling member has second threads in a second direction. The casing pipe assembly can further include a coupling device having a bottom coupling member and a top coupling member, where the bottom coupling member has third threads in the first direction that threadably couple to the first threads of the first casing pipe, and where the top coupling member has fourth threads in the second direction that threadably couple to the second threads of the second casing pipe.
