A system for providing dynamic roadside assistance coordination may include a customer mobile device or vehicle in direct, or indirect, wireless communication with an insurance provider and/or service provider remote server. The customer's device may transmit a request for roadside assistance (e.g., towing services), and a current GPS location. In response, a closest, trusted service provider vehicle may be determined, and then directed to the customer's location. For instance, a software application may receive the customer location and compare it with availability information to match the customer with a close and trusted service provider. The customer's device may receive an acknowledgement that help is on the way, and be able to track the current location of the service provider vehicle while en route. Payment for the roadside assistance may be automatically and electronically paid by the insurance provider. As a result, prompt and safe roadside assistance may be provided.

Tow and emergency roadside assistance locating and tracking mobile application

A structural analysis computing device may generate a proposed insurance claim and/or generate a proposed insurance quote for an object pictured in a three-dimensional (3D) image. The structural analysis computing device may be coupled to a drone configured to capture exterior images of the object. The structural analysis computing device may include a memory, a user interface, an object sensor configured to capture the 3D image, and a processor in communication with the memory and the object sensor. The processor may access the 3D image including the object, and analyze the 3D images to identify features of the object—such as by inputting the 3D image into a trained machine learning or pattern recognition program. The processor may generate a proposed claim form for a damaged object and/or a proposed quote for an uninsured object, and display the form to a user for their review and/or approval.

A structural analysis computing device may generate a proposed insurance claim and/or generate a proposed insurance quote for an object pictured in a three-dimensional (3D) image. The structural analysis computing device may include a memory, a user interface, an object sensor configured to capture the 3D image of the object, and at least one processor in communication with the memory and the object sensor. The processor may be configured to access the 3D image including the object, automatically determine a first plurality of measurements of the object from the 3D image, and display the 3D image on the user interface. The processor may be further configured to generate a data file including the 3D image and the first plurality of measurements, and store the data file within the memory. The processor may also be configured to transmit the data file to an insurance server computing device for generation of an associated insurance claim form.

The structural analysis computing device may include a memory, a user interface, an object sensor configured to capture the 3D image, and a processor in communication with the memory and the object sensor. The processor may access the 3D image including the object, and analyze the 3D images to identify features of the object. The processor may also determine a nature and an extent of damage to a damaged feature of the object, and a cost of repair based upon the nature and extent of the damage&#x2014;such as by inputting the 3D image into a trained machine learning or pattern recognition program. The processor may generate a proposed claim form including the cost of repair, and display the claim form to a user for their review and/or approval.

Structural characteristic extraction and claims processing using 3D images

An insurance server for generating a quote associated with an object pictured in a three-dimensional (3D) image may be provided. The insurance server may include a processor in communication with a memory. The insurance server may be configured to receive the 3D image including the object from a structural analysis computing device, and analyze the received 3D image. The insurance server may also be configured to determine a value of the object based upon the analysis, and generate a quote associated with the object based upon the determined value of the object. The insurance server may be further configured to transmit the quote for display at the structural analysis computing device for the customer's review and/or approval.
