A plug-and-seat valve plug head assembly that resists abrasive erosion includes a hardened plug head, such as a ceramic plug head, attached to a plug stem without any soldering, welding, or braising attachment to the plug head. A diameter of a second portion of the plug head smoothly increases according to a plug diameter profile. A diameter of a first portion of the plug head is everywhere smaller than the plug diameter profile, and is maximal at a location spaced apart from the second portion. A plug head retainer overlaps and closely conforms to the first portion, while presenting an exterior surface that smoothly continues and extends the plug diameter profile. In embodiments, a plug head retainer blank attaches to the plug head retainer, capturing the plug head therebetween. Embodiments apply radial and/or axial stress to the plug head.

Erosion resistant plug and seat valve

A tool coupler comprises a coupler frame and an attachment frame. The attachment frame is provided with two hooks that engage two catches located on the coupler frame. The coupler frame is provided with two locking pins and the attachment frame is provided with two receiving apertures, for locking the coupler frame to the attachment frame. Both locking pins are actuated by a double acting hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is slidably mounted on the coupler frame. The hydraulic cylinder is provided with a barrel end having the first locking pin and a piston rod having the second locking pin. The coupler frame and the hydraulic cylinder are provided with limiters which limit the sliding movement the piston rod and the barrel end relative to the coupler frame.

Tool coupler

A Z-bar loader linkage having a floating bell crank. A boom is pivotally mounted to a loader frame at one end and an attachment at the other end. The bell crank is pivotally mounted on leveling links extending forwardly from the loader frame. The drive end of the bell crank is provided with an attachment link that extends from the bell crank to the attachment for controlling the angular position of the attachment. A guide link extends between the attachment link and the boom.
