A method to facilitate invoicing for transactions established utilizing a network-based transaction system includes supporting establishment of transactions between a plurality of entities in the network-based transaction system, and identifying as part of an invoice generation process, a plurality of transactions to which a first entity is a party. The method further includes identifying first and second transactions from the plurality of transactions that satisfy combinable criteria, and generating an invoice for at least the first and second transactions that satisfy the combinable criteria. The method can also be implemented in a system and on a machine-readable medium.

Invoicing system

In one embodiment, a computerized method facilitates invoicing for transactions in a network-based transaction system. The method includes identifying a plurality of transactions to which a first entity is a party, identifying first and second transactions from the plurality of transactions that satisfy combinable criteria relating to combining transactions into a single invoice, and providing to the first entity an indication of the combinability of transactions of the first and second transactions into the single invoice. The method can also be implemented on a machine readable medium.

Various embodiments include systems, methods, and software to manage offers in a network-based commerce system. One embodiment includes providing sellers an option when listing an item for sale to receive best offers for the item from buyers. This embodiment further includes receiving best offers submitted by offerees via the network-based commerce system and notifying sellers of received best offers. Some embodiments further include providing sellers an option to accept, reject, or ignore the individual best offers received. In some such embodiments, ignored best offers expire after a period, such as 48 hours. Yet further embodiments include notifying offerees of acceptance or rejection of their submitted best offers.

Network-based commerce facility offer management methods and systems

In one embodiment, a combination of transactions, established utilizing a network-based marketplace, is facilitated on a single invoice to be issued by a first party. A rule, specified by the first party, for an automated calculation of charges in connection with invoices issued by the first party is identified. This rule is then dynamically invoked to calculate a charge for the plurality of transactions included in the single invoice to be issued by the first party.

Method and apparatus to maintain rules for charges associated with combined transactions established utilizing a multi-seller network-based marketplace

In one embodiment, establishment of transactions between a plurality of buyers and a plurality of sellers is supported in a network-based marketplace. As part of an invoice generation process, multiple transactions to which a first user of the network-based marketplace is a party are identified. Further, one or more subsets of these transactions that satisfy combinable criteria are identified, and an invoice is generated for at least one of the identified subsets of transactions.
