A cartridge for a razor comprises at least one blade and a first blade support configured to attach the at least one blade to the cartridge. The first blade support includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, a first optical feature provided on one or more of the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion. The first optical feature is selected from one or more of a color, a coating, a texture, a perforation, a transparency of the blade support, a light emitting source, a protrusion and a sticker.

Razor cartridge

The disclosure relates to a shaving cartridge for a razor head, the shaving cartridge comprising one or more blades adapted to be secured within slots of a housing of the razor head, and a core matrix partially encasing the blades, the core matrix comprising a water-soluble material, wherein the core matrix is configured to hold the blades together before use thereby forming the shaving cartridge that is configured to be removably incorporated in the housing of the razor head.

Razor blades

The invention relates to a method of thinning a coating applied on a razor blade. The method comprises providing a thinning material having a Shore OO hardness in a range of 10-100, more specifically 20-70; contacting the thinning material with an edge of the razor blade, and moving the thinning material relative to the edge of the razor blade such that a shear force is applied on the edge of the razor blade thereby removing at least a portion of the coating applied on the edge of the razor blade.
