This disclosure relates to tools to facilitate the configuration of interactive agents, sometimes referred to as bots, chatbots, virtual robots, or talkbots. Specifically, the disclosure relates to the provision of a map view visualization of an interactive agent. The map view can display a complexity indicator or usage percentage for each dialog and provide an easy mechanism for creation of new dialogs, actions, parameters, rules, and logic.

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for determining peers of a user by evaluating persons identified from a calendar of the user. In use, a system identifies a calendar of a user. The system further identifies events saves in the calendar of the user. One or more persons are then identified by the system from the events. Moreover, for each of the identified persons, the system evaluates the person in terms of information gathered from the events and determines whether the evaluating indicates that the person has a particular type of relationship with the user. When the system determines that the evaluating indicates that the person has the particular type of relationship with the user, then the system identifies the person as a peer of the user.

A method of training a predictive model to predict a likely field value for one or more user selected fields within an application. The method comprises providing a user interface for user selection of the one or more user selected fields within the application; analyzing a pre-existing, user provided data set of objects; training, based on the analysis, the predictive model; determining, for each user selected field based on the analysis, a confidence function for the predictive model that identifies the percentage of cases predicted correctly at different applied confidence levels, the percentage of cases predicted incorrectly at different applied confidence levels, and the percentage of cases in which the prediction model could not provide a prediction at different applied confidence levels; and providing a user interface for user review of the confidence functions for user selection of confidence threshold levels to be used with the predictive model.

Disclosed herein are embodiments for a visual bot builder. An embodiment operates by receiving a selected dialog including one or more interactions between a chat bot and a recipient. A plurality phrases corresponding to triggering an execution of the selected dialog is received. The selected dialog is configured such that upon a receipt of one or more of the plurality of phrases, the chat bot executes the selected dialog. One of the plurality of phrases is received. The selected dialog is executed responsive to the received one of the plurality of phrases.

An embodiment operates by visually displaying, within a user interface, a plurality of selectable chat bot functions associated with a first dialog. A first selection of one of the bot functions is received. It is determined that the first selection corresponds to calling a selectable second dialog from a one or more previously configured dialogs. A link to the one or more selectable previously configured dialogs is provided and a second selection of one of the previously configured dialogs is received as the second dialog. The execution of the first dialog is linked to an execution of the second dialog. A preview of the execution of the first dialog including the second dialog is provided.
