An implant assembly including an expandable vertebral body replacement implant. The implant assembly includes a right hand end and a left hand end configured to attach to a threaded actuator. An outer ring is configured to surround each of the right and left hand ends and the threaded actuator. The implant assembly may include removable endplates configured to engage vertebral bodies as interbody spacer or through a corpectomy. The implant assembly includes a locking mechanism to prevent collapse or movement the implant assembly after implantation. The locking mechanism automatically engage after removal of an inserter instrument from the implant assembly.

Systems and methods for expandable corpectomy spacer implantation

Embodiments herein are generally directed to vertebral implants and implant trials for use with vertebral implant assemblies. In some embodiments, these implants and implant trials may be used in conjunction with corpectomy procedures.

Vertebral implants and methods for installation thereof

A prosthetic implant for engagement between first and second vertebrae. The implant includes a first plate configured for attachment to the first vertebrae and defining a first interbody connection member and a second plate configured for attachment to the second vertebrae and defining a second interbody connection member. An interbody component includes a body with a first end defining a first plate connection member configured for connection to the first interbody connection member and a second end defining a second plate connection member configured for connection to the second interbody connection member. A method of inserting the implant is also provided.

Vertebral implants and attachment assemblies

Expandable fusion implants capable of being installed inside an intervertebral disc space to maintain disc spacing and restore spinal stability, thereby facilitating an intervertebral fusion. The expandable intervertebral implant may be configured to transition from a collapsed configuration having a first width and a first height to an expanded configuration having a second width and a second height. The implant may include front and rear plates each having horizontal ramps configured to interface with corresponding horizontal ramps on actuators and front ramps of left and/or right side portion assemblies.

Expandable footprint implant

An implant assembly including an expandable vertebral body replacement implant. Two outer cores disposed on opposing ends of an inner are configured to move away from each other when the inner core is actuated. The implant assembly may include removable endplate configured to engage vertebral bodies as interbody spacer or through a corpectomy. The implant may include a locking mechanism to prevent collapse or movement the implant assembly after implantation. The locking mechanism may be automatically engage after removal of an inserter instrument from the implant assembly.

An implant assembly including a curved mesh cage and angled endplates. The implant assembly offers a safe and secure mesh cage while providing lordosis/kyphosis angling at the center of the construct instead of at the end of the cage only. One or more angled endplates may be included which allow the surgeon to make a construct unique to the patient's anatomy. The endplates press-fit into corresponding holes in the mesh cage for a secure fit.

The present invention provides an expandable fusion device capable of being installed inside an intervertebral disc space to maintain normal disc spacing and restore spinal stability, thereby facilitating an intervertebral fusion. In one embodiment, the fusion device includes a central ramp, a first endplate, and a second endplate, the central ramp capable of being moved in a first direction to move the first and second endplates outwardly and into an expanded configuration. The fusion device is capable of being deployed down an endoscopic tube.
