A housing contains a rotating drum formed by a plurality of tubular canisters. The cannisters hold rolls of paper. A fixed longitudinal cutting base and a corresponding blade track supported by two pivoting arms are positioned on one side of the housing. A blade carriage slidingly engages the longitudinal blade track with a sliding ratcheting lock mechanism. The ratcheting lock is connected to a blade in the blade carriage which locks in place when the blade is extended through a slit in the blade track. The canisters are formed by cylindrical tubes having a rectangular openings extending along their longitudinal lengths, stationary first end caps, sliding second end caps, and sliding tensioners engaged to the canister between the first end cap and the second end cap.

A double strap system for golf bags includes a first shoulder strap having upper and lower ends attached to a generally tubular body of a golf bag at first and second locations, respectively. In one embodiment of the double strap system, the lower end of the first shoulder strap is connected to a buckle and slide mechanism which is provided for relocating the second location in a direction that is generally parallel to a length dimension of the golf bag body. A second shoulder strap has opposite ends attached to the golf bag body at third and fourth locations that are spaced apart in another direction that is generally transverse to the body length dimension. In an alternative embodiment of the double strap system, the lower end of the first shoulder strap may be connected to either one of a pair of attachment devices mounted on the golf bag body to thereby relocate the second location.

A golf bag has a rigid cap at its lower extremity that has a cavity formed in it to provide a hand hold to facilitate lifting of the lower end of the bag when it is desired to move the bag in an horizontal orientation.

A club head cover and a tag attached thereto for identifying a covered golf club. Multiple label plates are contained in face-to-face arrangement within a label plate holder defining a window through which a label located on one side of the label plates is displayed. The label plates are releasably latched into the holder and are symmetrically shaped to permit placement into the holder with either face directed toward the window, so that either side of the label plate can be displayed.

A golf bag has legs attached to its side which are movable between a retracted position against the side of the bag and an extended position where they act in cooperation with the base of the bag to support the bag at an acute angle with respect to the vertical so that golf clubs carried in the bag are readily accessible. The legs are movable to their extended position by a rod which extends from the legs to the bottom of the bag. A portion of the base of the bag adjacent to the actuation rod is relieved thereby permitting the bag to be placed vertically on its base without interference from the rodo while still allowing the rod to be moved by placing it on the ground and pushing the bag downwardly.
