A hydroponic plant container with a reservoir of 'highly oxygenated' nutrient solution that is the result of continuous direct air injection into the bottom of the reservoir, at a specific range of trajectories, along with continuous Coriolis effect mixing. The highly oxygenated nutrient solution is used to provide a deep water culture for the lower section of the plant roots, to saturate the middle section of the plant roots with fine droplets of the highly oxygenated nutrient solution, and to saturate the growing media and the upper section of the plants roots with a continuous drip of the highly oxygenated nutrient solution.

Self-watering fruit tree container comprises a container holding a living plant that is positioned above a container holding a pool of water or nutrient solution where the water may be absorbed by the living plant through a permeable bottom and/or side of the plant container. Self-watering fruit tree container allows for an airspace layer between the plant container and the water container which prevents excessive absorption of water into the plant container, thereby preventing root rot. Self-watering fruit tree container achieves this partially by special funnel shaped root-pruning aeration apertures in the bottom of the plant container that allow very small roots and root hairs to pass and grow through the bottom of the plant container and into the water reservoir below, while pruning and stopping larger roots, and also allowing for aeration of soil in the plant container.

Self-watering plant container includes a container used to hold a living plant and soil and a container to hold a pool of water or nutrient solution underneath the plant/soil container where the water may be absorbed by the living plant through a permeable bottom in the plant/soil container. Multiple Tray Vermicomposter with Thermal Siphon Airflow is a vermiculture composting device that uses earthworms to create compost where worms eat and digest food to excrete compost. It is a multiple tray system with a base and a lid. New compost trays with freshly loaded food and bedding are stacked on top of older trays containing worms and compost to instigate a continuous upward migration of the worms thereby creating continuous compost production. Compost trays have permeable bottoms to allow worms to pass through. Compost production is accelerated from thermal siphon airflow to provide ample airflow to the worms without the requirement of a power source. Light-tight air-permeable connections between trays, lid, and base, also accelerate compost production by keeping the worms completely dark. If worms fall through the bottom compost tray, there exists a ramp to enable the fallen worms to climb back into the bottom compost tray.

A seedling planter is formed by an elongated hollow container component of square cross section open at its upper end and closed partially at its lower end by crossed webs which provide support for the lower ends of a plurality of elongated tray components each having two joined walls secured together at their lower ends by a bottom wall. Anchor grooves on the lower inner sides of the container side walls slidably receive the lower edges of the tray components, with the inner sides of the tray walls facing the inner sides of a pair of adjacent walls of the container component. Four tray components thus are receivable removably in the container component, and plant growth medium may be filled into the four components formed by the four tray components and confronting walls of the container component. Seeds deposited in the growth medium grow into seedlings, and each seedling with its growth medium is removable with its associated tray component from the container component. The seedling with its growth medium then may be removed from its tray component for transplant at a desired site.

A lug nut removal and storage system, for removing lug nuts from lug bolts, comprising a tube. The tube has a tube exterior, a proximal end, a distal end, and a proximal distal axis. A channel extends into the distal end wherein the lug nuts are stored. A plurality of ball bearings are disposed around the channel near the distal end. The ball bearings in ball bearing bores transverse to the channel, the ball bearings moving in the ball bearing bores to narrow and widen the channel. A spring clip selectively restricts the outward movement of the ball bearings, so that the ball bearings will maintain the lug nuts in the channel, and releases the ball bearings so that the ball bearings will widen the channel sufficient to release the lug nuts from the channel. A main spring extends in the channel from the proximal end toward the distal end, the main spring biasing the lug nuts against the ball bearings.

A deep, free-standing, convertibly subdivided plant container adapted particularly for use in growing deep rooted plants. The container comprises an outer case having a floor comprising a plurality of bands arranged in a selected pattern as required to form ventilating openings. An inner, removable divider comprises a plurality of telescoping, interfitting plates having a cross sectional pattern predetermined to position the plates in bearing engagement with the bands when the divider is inserted in the case. Means also are present for manipulating the divider and for stabilizing it against displacement during use.

A nursery plant container assembly comprising an inner container which houses the plant, a base plate which supports the container, and an exterior jacket which surrounds the container. The container may be of conventional construction, with an open top and drain openings at the bottom. The base plate underlies and supports the container a spaced distance from the base plate. A peripheral wall is mounted on the base plate, creating a reservoir into which the plant treating fluids drain through the container openings. Wicks extend through the container openings into the reservoir and return the fluid to active use in irrigating the plant. A jacket surrounding the container has at its bottom a radially extending support foot bearing against the base plate. A retainer on the base plate positions and retains the foot. Seal means at the top of the jacket contacts the outer surface of the container and seal off the space between the container and the jacket.
