An illumination device having a housing extending in the longitudinal direction and a light engine with a leadframe and a plurality of semiconductor lighting elements is arranged on the leadframe. The housing has a clamping device and that the light engine is retained in the clamping device. The housing and the clamping device may be integrally formed.

A method for producing a tube lamp uses at least one leadframe. A leadframe is a flat structure which has two opposing surfaces extending substantially parallel and spaced apart by the sheet thickness. One or more stabilizing sections are applied to the leadframe. The leadframe is fastened with the stabilizing sections in a tubular housing of the tube lamp.

An LED light fixture includes a glass bulb. In the interior of the glass bulb is a driver module and a plurality of lighting elements. A LED module for use in a LED light, preferably a LED retrofit lamp, has a leadframe and one or more LEDs which are electrically and mechanically connected to the leadframe. In various embodiments, a lamp has a bulb with a pinch seal, which holds a light-emitting element by means of a wire clip. The wire clip consists of tungsten and has, at an end remote from films embedded in the pinch seal, an eyelet for holding the light-emitting element. An end of the wire clip which is close to a film is bent back. A film associated with the wire clip is folded in a roof-shaped manner. Overall, it is thus possible to realize a lamp with a long life.

A method and apparatus for producing a lamp in the case of which a lamp bulb closed at one end is filled through a feed opening for a luminous means are disclosed together with a lamp produced using this method. A dome of the lamp bulb can thereby be of smooth design without a pumping tip.
