The invention relates to liquid washing agents having a pH value of &#x3c;6.5, preferably in the range of 2 to 5, containing, based on the total weight of the liquid washing agent, (i) 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 30% by weight, in particular 15 to 25% by weight of at least one hydroxycarboxylic acid having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, (ii) 15 to 55% by weight, preferably 20 to 55% by weight, in particular 35 to 50% by weight of at least one non-ionic surfactant, (iii) 0 to 20% by weight of water, and (iv) at least one enzyme having a pH optimum of pH&#x3c;7. Said liquid washing agents have an increased cleaning power, in particular on stains on the basis of components and residues from deodorants but also of grates, berries, tea and red wine residues.
