The electric ceramic component has a main part () made of a dielectric material, an active region () being disposed in said main part. At least one outer contact (') is arranged on the main part. A feed line region (&#x2032;) connects the outer contact to the active region. An electrode () is arranged in the main part so as to adjoin the feed line region and is connected to the outer contact in an electrically conductive manner but not to the active region.

Electric ceramic component with electric shielding

A light-emitting diode device has a first carrier and at least one light-emitting diode chip, which is arranged on the first carrier. The first carrier has at least one first and one second carrier part, wherein the light-emitting diode chip rests only on the first carrier part. Furthermore, the first and second carrier parts each have a thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of the first carrier part is at least 1.5 times the thermal conductivity of the second carrier part. The first carrier part is surrounded laterally by the second carrier part.

An electrical multilayer component has a monolithic main body that includes a number of alternating ceramic layers disposed one above the other and at least one electrode layer. The main body has two end faces opposite each other and two lateral faces opposite each other. The component also includes a number of outer electrodes and at least three inner electrodes. Each of the inner electrodes is associated with one outer electrode. A first inner electrode protruding from an end face and a second inner electrode protruding from an opposite end face have a first distance to each other. A third inner electrode protrudes from a side face.

Electrical multilayer component and circuit arrangement

An electrical multilayer component includes a base body with at least two external electrodes. The electrical multilayer component includes at least a first and a second internal electrode, which are each electrically conductively connected to a respective external electrode. The electrical multilayer component includes at least one ceramic varistor layer encompassing at least the first internal electrode. The electrical multilayer component includes at least one dielectric layer arranged between the at least one varistor layer and the second internal electrode. The dielectric layer has at least one opening, which can be filled with a gaseous medium.

Electrical multilayer component

The electrical multilayer component includes a base body with external electrodes and internal electrodes. A ceramic varistor layer is provided with the first internal electrode, and a dielectric layer adjoins the varistor layer. The dielectric layer has at least one opening filled with a semiconducting material or a metal.
