The range of variation in the a.c. resistances of the laminates produced by the process according to the invention is &plusmn;10%. The laminates are particularly suitable for use in fuel cells or electrolysers.

C. and may be selected from the group consisting of fluoropolymers, polyamides, polycarbomates, polyesters, polyimides, liquid crystalline polymers, polymethyl methacrylates, polyphenylene oxides, polysulfones, polyurethanes and silicones. The filler may comprise oxidized polyarylene sulfide polyarylene sulfide, polyimide, aromatic polyester, or polyether ketone.
