A cabinet device is proposed. The cabinet device has an upper surface assembly of which an upper surface is separately provided from an outer casing, and the bottom of the upper surface assembly is coupled to an upper surface of an inner casing. Therefore, the appearance design of the cabinet device is freely and easily changed in response to a user's need.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a piston axially reciprocating in the cylinder, a first muffler unit coupled to the piston, a back cover that is disposed at a rear of the piston and defines an opening at a radially central area, and a second muffler unit coupled to the opening. The first muffler unit includes an inner guide disposed in the piston and a first intake muffler disposed at a rear of the inner guide. The second muffler unit includes a second intake muffler that is in fluid communication with the first intake muffler and is coupled to the opening, and a muffler body surrounding the second intake muffler. The second intake muffler includes a coupling portion that is disposed at a rear of the second intake muffler and has a shape corresponding to the opening.

A refrigerator according to this embodiment includes: a cabinet provided with a storage space and including a pair of side panels configured to define an outer appearance of a side surface; a cabinet cover disposed between the pair of side panels and configured to define an outer appearance of a top surface; a display unit disposed behind the cabinet cover and provided for user's manipulation; and a fixing unit which is fixed to the cabinet and disposed between the pair of side panels and to which the display unit is separably fixed, wherein the display unit is installed to be separated upward from the fixing unit.

A linear compressor includes a compressor body configured to compress a refrigerant. The compressor body includes a cylinder, a discharge valve, a groove, a gas hole, and a flow restrictor. The cylinder receives a piston. The discharge valve is configured to open and close one side of the cylinder and define a compression space for the refrigerant together with the piston. The groove is defined in an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and into which at least a portion of the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve is introduced. The gas hole is defined in the groove to pass through the cylinder. The flow restrictor includes twisting wires made of different materials and is disposed to be wound around the groove.

A linear compressor includes: a piston configured to reciprocate along an axial direction of the linear compressor; a resonance spring configured to elastically support the piston along the axial direction; a motor assembly configured to provide a driving force to the piston, the motor assembly including a magnet that is disposed radially outside the piston; and a supporter configured to be coupled to the piston, the magnet, and the resonance spring. The supporter includes: a piston coupler coupled with the piston; a magnet coupler coupled with the magnet; and a spring coupler coupled with the resonance spring. The piston coupler, the magnet coupler, and the spring coupler are integrally formed by aluminum die casting.

The discharge cover unit includes a cover housing that defines an opening configured to communicate with the discharge space, a discharge cover that inserts into the cover housing through the opening, that contacts an inner surface of the cover housing, and that covers the opening, and a fixing ring configured to be positioned at an inner surface of the discharge cover. A thermal expansion coefficient of the fixing ring is greater than that of the discharge cover.

A linear compressor includes a frame including a frame body, a frame head that extends from a front end of the frame body, a flange groove defined in the frame head, and a body hole that passes through the frame body; a cylinder including a cylinder body inserted into the body hole, a cylinder flange, and a cylinder head provided on a front end of the cylinder flange; and a lock ring press-fitted to be coupled to the flange groove and provided in a space defined between the cylinder head and an inner circumferential surface of the flange groove.

A linear compressor includes a shell, a discharge pipe coupled to the shell, a compressor main body located inside of the shell, a cover housing that defines a discharge space that discharges refrigerant to the discharge pipe, and a guide pipe coupled to the cover housing and configured to guide refrigerant from the discharge space to the discharge pipe. The cover housing includes a flange portion configured to couple to the compressor main body, a chamber portion that extends from the flange portion and that defines the discharge space, an accommodation groove configured to accommodate the guide pipe, and a communication groove that penetrates an inner wall of the accommodation groove and that extends to the discharge space. The guide pipe is configured to insert into the communication groove in a state in which the guide pipe is accommodated in the accommodation groove.
