The multi-link setup element includes a common part including information corresponding to all links signaled by the multi-link setup element, and link-specific parts independently including information corresponding to each of the plurality of links signaled by the multi-link setup element.

A station of a multi-link device comprises a transmission/reception unit and a processor. The multi-link device operates in a first link and a second link, which are non-simultaneous transmit and receive (STR) links in which simultaneous performance of reception by the multi-link device in any one link and the transmission by the multi-link device in another link is not supported. The channel access restrictions determine whether a wireless medium is valid by using determination conditions.
