Provided is a variable displacement swash plate type compressor including: a lug plate fixed to a driving shaft; and a swash plate combined to the lug plate and whose tilt angle is varied according to rotatory motion, wherein the lug plate includes a protruding portion protruding towards the swash plate, and a rotatory power projection transmitting power for rotating the swash plate is formed at a leading end of the protruding portion through the swash plate. Accordingly, a varying operation between a maximum tilt angle and a minimum tilt angle of the swash plate and a rotatory power transmitting operation for rotating the swash plate are performed at different locations, thereby simultaneously improving the varying operation and the rotatory power transmitting operation of the swash plate.

Variable displacement swash plate type compressor

The present invention relates to a scroll compressor, with an oil-separating drive shaft, that comprises a housing a fixed scroll which is installed inside the housing, a orbiting scroll which orbits around the fixed scroll, and a drive shaft which drives the orbiting scroll. In the orbiting scroll, a discharge hole is formed. A discharge path is formed along the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft so that discharged coolant from the discharge hole flows therethrough. At least, a part of the discharge path is inclined forward from the rotary axis to the exterior. A lubrication hole is formed in the drive shaft that penetrates from the discharge path to the outer surface of the drive shaft.

Scroll compressor comprising oil separating driving shaft

Provided is a scroll compressor having an improved function of oil circulation and back pressure control. The scroll compressor includes: a housing; a drive part for generating a rotational force; a drive shaft driven by the drive part; and a scroll compression part including a stationary scroll fixed regardless of rotation of the drive shaft and having a scroll wrap for compressing sucked fluid and a discharge port for supplying coolant into a discharge chamber, and an orbiting scroll orbited depending on rotation of the drive shaft and having a scroll wrap, characterized in that the coolant compressed by the scroll compression part is conveyed to the discharge chamber, the coolant of the discharge chamber is separated into oil and gas in an oil separator, the gas being discharged through a discharge hole and the oil being supplied into a back pressure chamber through a return path formed in the stationary scroll, and the oil is returned into a suction chamber through a back pressure adjustment valve.

Scroll compressor improved in function of oil circulation and back pressure control

Provided is an assembly structure of a drive shaft and a swash plate in a swash plate type compressor including a housing, a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores, a drive shaft rotatably supported by the cylinder block or the housing, a swash plate installed at the drive shaft to vary its tilt angle with respect to the drive shaft, and pistons reciprocally accommodated in the cylinder bores, characterized in that the assembly structure includes: a swash plate tilt support pin fixedly installed at the drive shaft to cross the drive shaft; a hinge coupling groove formed in the swash plate to be rotatably coupled to a tip of the swash plate tilt support pin in a tilted manner, and a swash plate support part formed in the swash plate to support the drive shaft. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the structure of the swash plate type compressor and reduce its own weight by omitting a lug plate or a hinge mechanism in an assembly structure of the drive shaft and the swash plate.
