There is provided a method for preparing a three-dimensional nanostructure using nanoparticles, which includes: a step of surface-treating a patterned pattern substrate with a polymer; a step of coating colloidal nanoparticles on the polymer; a step of removing an unwanted nanoparticle coating layer, leaving behind a nanoparticle coating layer; a step of bonding a carrier substrate having adhevisity to the nanoparticle coating layer; a step of separating the nanoparticle coating layer from the pattern substrate by separating the carrier substrate from the pattern substrate; and a step of forming a nanoparticle layer on a target substrate by contacting the carrier substrate with the target substrate and then removing the carrier substrate by immersing the carrier substrate in a solution.

The present disclosure relates to a method of printing multi-nanoparticles using evaporation dynamics and surface energy control, the method includes: a step S1 of forming a pattern on a surface of a substrate by irradiating ultraviolet rays to a portion of the surface through a photomask; a step S2 of coating the substrate with a solution containing nanoparticles; and a step S3 of lowering surface energy of the coated nanoparticles.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is an apparatus for providing microorganism information, including: a receiving unit configured to receive a plurality of images obtained by photographing in time series an outgoing wave emitted from a sample; a detecting unit configured to extract a feature of a change over time from the plurality of images obtained by photographing in time series; a learning unit configured to machine-learn classification criteria based on the extracted feature; and a determining unit configured to classify the type or concentration of a microorganism included in the sample based on the classification criteria, wherein each of the plurality of images includes speckle information generated by multiple scattering by the microorganism due to waves incident on the sample.

Microorganism information providing device and method

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for identifying the predicted type of one or more microorganisms. In one aspect, a system comprises a phase-contrast microscope and a microorganism classification system. The phase-contrast microscope is configured to generate a three-dimensional quantitative phase image of one or more microorganisms. The microorganism classification system is configured to process the three-dimensional quantitative phase image using a neural network to generate a neural network output characterizing the microorganisms, and thereafter identify the predicted type of the microorganisms using the neural network output.
