Provided is a control valve for a variable capacity compressor, the control valve including: a valve body including a crank-chamber port, a discharge port, a suction port, a control channel formed inside the control valve such that the crank-chamber port and the discharge port communicate with each other, and a first bleeding channel formed such that the crank-channel port and the suction port communicate with each other; an operating unit provided in the valve body and including a second bleeding channel communicated from a center area to a side surface of the operating unit; and a driving unit provided in the valve body and connected to the operating unit to enable the operating unit to reciprocally move according to a current applied by an external source.

Variable capacity compressor having a control valve with channels

The invention provides a displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor comprising: a valve housing having a discharge chamber connecting space and a crank chamber connecting space; an electronic solenoid; and a valve body configured to reciprocate within the valve housing the electronic solenoid. The displacement control valve is opened and closed when the valve body moves from the discharge chamber connecting space toward the crank chamber connecting space, making it possible to enlarge a cross-sectional area of the valve body and improving productivity.

Displacement control valve for variable displacement compressor

A compressor has a housing with a sensor coupling hole and a control valve coupling hole. A support plate is configured to contact with the compressor housing, the support plate having perforations. A sensor and a control valve pass through the perforations of the support plate respectively at positions corresponding to the sensor coupling hole and the control valve coupling hole. The sensor and control valve are coupled to the sensor coupling hole and the control valve coupling hole respectively. A washer is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the sensor. The washer passes through the support plate and is inserted into the sensor coupling hole. The washer is coupled to the sensor coupling hole to fix the sensor.

An exhaust check valve installed in an exhaust opening of a swash plate compressor comprises: a valve body having a refrigerant inlet and at least one refrigerant outlet; a movable body installed in the valve body and configured to move such that the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet communicate with each other; and a spring configured to push the movable body with a certain pressure. At least one refrigerant vent hole for venting a leak gas generated during an operation below a preset pressure difference to the outside of the valve body is formed in the valve body.

The sealing member includes a first sealing member inserted between the swivel scroll and the thrust plate, and a second sealing member inserted between the thrust plate and the main frame.

Scroll compressor with improved back pressure force control function

According to the present invention, a reciprocating compressor with a rotary valve comprises a cylinder block with plural cylinder bore, a drive shaft which is supported and permitted to rotate in relation to the cylinder block, a piston which is housed in the cylinder bore and allowed to reciprocate therein, a power transmitting unit which connects the piston and drive shaft, a rear housing wherein an intake chamber and exhaust chamber are formed, and a rotary valve which rotates with the drive shaft and is installed in the inner surface of a coupling hole formed in the cylinder block and permitted to slide and rotate therein. In the inner circumference of the cylinder block, connection holes are respectively connected to the cylinder bore. A bypass unit is included between the coupling hole and rotary valve and bypasses the refrigerant remaining in the connection hole of one cylinder bore during the compressive stroke of the piston, then discharges it through the connection hole of another cylinder bore.

The present invention provides an inverter connection terminal assembly for an electric compressor. The inverter connection terminal assembly includes a connection terminal, in which upper and lower terminal projections project from the upper and lower surfaces of a plate, respectively, an inverter connection cable connected to the upper terminal projection of the connection terminal, a motor connection cable connected to the lower terminal projection of the connection terminal, an upper connector for connecting the upper terminal projection and the inverter connection cable, and a lower connector for connecting the lower terminal projection and the motor connection cable, wherein the lower terminal projection of the connection terminal includes a thread formed on the surface thereof such that the motor connection cable is fixed to the lower terminal projection by fastening a nut while a washer and a ring connector are sequentially inserted into the lower terminal projection.
