Aspects of the subject disclosure relate to a vehicle camera system for view creation of view locations. A device may include a processor that obtains first data and second data from different cameras of a vehicle. The first data may include an image representation of a scene in a first field of view being observed from a first perspective view and the second data may include an image representation of the scene in a second field of view being observed from the first perspective view in a second field of view. The processor may modify the first data and the second data by a perspective transformation to adjust the image representation to a second perspective view. The processor may create a stitched image representing the scene in a combined field of view observed from the second perspective view by stitching the modified first data with the modified second data.

Vehicle camera system for view creation of viewing locations

Systems and methods are provided to generate an object detection representation of a candidate object based on sensor data representing a captured image of an environment surrounding the vehicle. A determination is made as to whether, whether the candidate object is an outlier based on the object detection representation. In response to determining the candidate object is not an outlier, the candidate object is validated as an object, a proximity distance of the object to the vehicle is determined, and the proximity distance of the object is sent as output.

Systems and methods for object proximity monitoring around a vehicle

Systems and methods are presented herein for improving the response of a vehicle to at least one person or object approaching a vehicle, and more particularly, to a vehicle that uses at least one of sensor data or Bluetooth sensor data to determine a vehicle state and corresponding vehicle responses to at least one person or object approaching a vehicle. A signal strength is of a wireless signal received from a user device is determined. An object is detected based on a sensor configured to collect data corresponding to an environment external to a vehicle. Systems and methods are provided for processing an insurance claim using a target captured image. A motion-based event associated with a vehicle is detected. One or more images of the motion-based event are captured automatically using a vehicle sensor. The one or more images are stored in a data stored associated with the vehicle. A request for an insurance claim from a user is received. A user interface is presented that enables the user to select the one or more images stored in the data store for associating the images with the insurance claim. A selection is received of at least one target image of the one or more images. Processing of the insurance claim is facilitated along with the selected at least one target image for processing.

Systems and methods for capturing images around vehicle for insurance claim processing

Systems and methods are provided to deter an intruder from approaching and damaging a vehicle. With the use of a plurality of cameras, the system captures images of a surrounding environment of a vehicle. The system then detects a first motion-based event and, in response, stores images from at least one of the plurality of cameras. The system then detects a second motion-based event, and, in response, performs a first defensive action. Further, systems and methods are provided to capture images around the vehicle and automatically select an image associated with the insurance claim.

Systems and methods for deterrence of intruders

Various systems and methods for an all-in-focus implementation are described herein. A system to for operating a camera, comprising an image sensor in the camera to capture a sequence of images in different focal planes, at least a portion of the sequence of images occurring before receiving a signal to store an all-in-focus image, a user interface module to receive, from a user, the signal to store an all-in-focus image, and an image processor to fuse at least two images to result in the all-in-focus image, wherein the at least two images have different focal planes.

All-in-focus implementation

Techniques are provided for motion estimation using hybrid video imaging based on frame-based capture and event-based capture. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes receiving a sequence of pixel events, generated asynchronously by an event-based video camera, and receiving a sequence of image frames generated by a frame-based video camera at a frame sampling period. The method also includes integrating a subset of the sequence of pixel events, occurring within the frame sampling period between two of the image frames, to generate a pixel motion vector representing motion of the pixel between the two image frames. The method further includes mapping the pixel motion vector to a tile of one of the image frames to generate an estimated motion vector associated with that tile.
