A moving mechanism stopping device includes stoppers that are respectively provided on two members relative to each other, for restricting relative movements of the members by collision of the stoppers with each other, where: the two members are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other in a direction orthogonal to a relative movement direction; and at least one of the stoppers includes a base that is detachably fixed to one of members, a deformable part that is integrally provided on the base and that is plastically deformed by impact of collision, and a deformation restriction part that is fixed to the base so as to be spaced apart from the deformable part in the relative movement direction and that comes into contact with the plastically deformed deformable part so as to restrict further plastic deformation thereof.

Moving mechanism stopping device and robot

A robot device simplifies processing of flanges integrated with a base part, making it possible to use a small number of adapter components to connect corresponding decelerators to the processed flanges. The base part houses decelerators that drive a first arm and a second arm that have a parallel link. Two first decelerators are arranged on either side of the first arm so as to be parallel and drive the first arm. A second decelerator is arranged parallel to the two first decelerators and drives the second arm. Two first adaptor components are respectively arranged between the base part and the two first decelerators and connect the base part and the first decelerators; and a second adapter component is arranged between the base part and the second decelerator and connects the base part and the second decelerator.

A gear mechanism including: a pair of housings that are combined in a positioned state by mating a cylindrical inner surface and a cylindrical outer surface centered on a first axis with each other; two first gears that are attached to one housing so as to be rotatable about the first axis and a second axis parallel to the first axis; and two second gears that are rotatably attached to the other housing, and that are respectively engaged with the two first gears in a state in which the pair of housings are combined. The first gear that is attached so as to be rotatable about the second axis and the second gear that is engaged with the first gear are arranged at positions where an inter-axial distance therebetween is changed by means of a relative rotation of the housings about the first axis.

Provided is a rotational-force transmitting part including: a rotation support member that is supported, with respect to a first member, so as to be rotatable about a predetermined axis by means of a bearing and that is provided with a first fitting surface formed of a cylindrical outer surface or a cylindrical inner surface centered on the axis; a rotational-force transmitting member that transmits a rotational force with respect to a second member and that is provided with a second fitting surface to be fitted onto the first fitting surface; an annular elastic member that is disposed at such a position as to seal a space between the first fitting surface and the second fitting surface; and a fixing member that fixes the rotational-force transmitting member and the rotation support member in a state in which the first fitting surface and the second fitting surface are fitted.

A robot that enables a stopper to be installed even when it is difficult to allow a space for providing the stopper. The robot includes a first component; a second component movably coupled to the first component; a first stopper provided on one of the first component and the second component, the first stopper extending along an axis parallel to a movement direction of the second component relative to the first component; and a second stopper provided on the other of the first component and the second component, the second stopper configured to come into contact with the first stopper when the second component moves relative to the first component and limit a movement range of the second component relative to the first component.
