Provided is a two-stroke internal combustion engine, including: a fuel injection valve configured to supply a fuel to a crank chamber; an intake passage configured to allow only air to be sucked thereinto under a negative pressure generated when a piston is actuated; and a scavenging passage that allows communication between the crank chamber and a combustion chamber. The intake passage is branched into a first intake passage and a second intake passage. The first intake passage communicates with the crank chamber. The second intake passage communicates with the scavenging passage. The fuel injection valve is configured to inject the fuel toward at least one of the first intake passage or the crank chamber. Further, air stagnant in the scavenging passage at end of air suction serves as leading air to contribute to scavenging.

PROBLEM: To provide a retaining device for which the magnitude of resistance when an engaging protrusion moves between elastic pieces can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The retaining deviceis provided with: a receiving memberthat is attached to a main body, and an engagement memberthat is attached to a movable body. The receiving memberhas: a base partattached to the main body, a first elastic piecesupported by the base part, and a second elastic piecesupported by the base part. The engagement memberhas an engaging protrusionthat passes between the first elastic pieceand the second elastic pieceand is retained at a retaining position P. An interval between the first elastic pieceand the second elastic piecebecomes narrower than the engaging protrusionat a more forward side than the retaining position P. The first elastic piecebends more easily than the second elastic pieceat a more forward side than the retaining position P.

Provided is a sliding door closer set which makes it possible to adjust the position of a trigger arranged inside a door pocket from outside of the door pocket. A sliding door closer set comprises a rail (), a closer () hanging a sliding door () and being capable of moving along the rail (), and a trigger () arranged inside the door pocket (), wherein the sliding door () is pulled into the door pocket () as a result of engagement between the trigger () and the closer (), which has moved to a predetermined position on the rail (). To improve responsiveness of fuel supply control, a rotary carburetorhas a nozzleincluding a fuel discharge portand a needledisposed coaxially with the nozzleand disposed with a portion inserted into the nozzle. The needlecan be displaced relative to the nozzleto change an effective area of the fuel discharge port. The rotary carburetorhas an electric motorfor displacing the needlealong an axis, and a drive mechanism componentinterposed between the electric motorand the needleand converting a rotational movement of the electric motor into a linear movement.

Portable engine working machine and rotary carburetor incorporated therein

To optimize fuel supply of an engine with a carburetor during engine operation, a throttle opening degree detection sensor detecting a throttle opening degree and a control unit controlling a valve body variably controlling an opening degree of a fuel discharge part or a fuel supply passage based on a map are included. The map includes a plurality of sections divided based on the throttle opening degree and an opening degree of the valve body set for each section. The opening degree of the valve body set for each section is the opening degree of the valve body at which the engine rotation speed is highest in each section. The control unit controls an electric actuator driving the valve body to achieve the opening degree of the valve body set in a section to which the throttle opening degree detected by the throttle opening degree detection sensor belongs out of the plurality of sections.
