A pressure washer coupler is provided between the wand and spray nozzle of the pressure washer so that the angle of the spray can be selectively set. The coupler includes male and female quick connectors for the wand and the spray nozzle. A spring biased detent assembly allows one end of the coupler to be rotated 360&#xb0; relative to the other end of the coupler, with the detent assembly maintaining the ends in a selected position. Thus, the spray can be directed parallel or perpendicular to the wand axis, and to numerous orientations therebetween.

An ATV trailer with fully-rotatable suspension is provided. The ATV trailer is formed of frame members fabricated of square, metal tubing and welded together to form a framework of rails. A downwardly sloping tongue terminates into a ball hitch coupler being mountable to a hitch of a standard ATV. An I-suspension wheel assembly is provided which includes a wheel assembly bracket with a stub axle being adapted to mountably support an I-beam suspension apparatus. The I-beam suspension apparatus includes an I-member being fully rotatable 360&#xb0; about the stub axle. Spindles are mounted to the I-member for mountably supporting standard ATV wheels. A metal box-like enclosure of walls forming a water-storage tank is mounted atop the frame members.

A lip-like tape guide and finger guard plate extends downwardly from the front edge of the bottom wall of a thin-walled, one-piece plastic body that forms a jacket for slidably receiving a measuring tape.
