A heat treatment device includes: a heating device that heats a treatment object; a cooling device including a cooling room that accommodates the treatment object heated by the heating device and into which a cooling medium used for cooling the treatment object is supplied; a pressurized gas supplier that supplies pressurized gas into the cooling room; a pressure relief valve that communicates internal and external areas of the cooling room with each other when the pressure relief valve is opened; a pressure sensor that measures the pressure inside the cooling room; and a controller that controls the pressure relief valve such that the pressure relief valve is opened when a measurement result of the pressure sensor is higher than or equal to a threshold value.

Heat treatment device and cooling device

A cooling device configured to cool an article to be processed by spraying a coolant includes a cooling chamber configured to accommodate the article to be processed, a header pipe having a connecting pipe protruding from a main body section to which a nozzle is attached and into which the coolant supplied into the main body section is supplied, and disposed in the cooling chamber, and an attachment section formed at the cooling chamber and into which the connecting pipe is inserted from an inside of the cooling chamber to an outside of the cooling chamber.

Cooling device and multi-chamber heat treatment device

A conveyance device for a heat treatment device presses a conveyed body to convey the conveyed body in a linear direction, and includes a cylinder mechanisms having a retractable rod that presses the conveyed body, in which: an abutting member is disposed at a tip part of the rod of the cylinder mechanism so that the abutting member abuts locations, which are different from each other in a circumferential direction, on an outer peripheral surface of the conveyed body; a guide rail configured to guide the abutting member is provided; and the abutting member is provided with a traveling roller that travels on the guide rail.
